It is a box mattress. Very soft and no support like any foam box mattress. Only very expensive. No box in the pictures so you think you’re buying a real mattress. Very deceptive.

Really really especially for the price that I love this bed!! It felt strangely soft at first but it’s not and it’s fabulous. I’m having the best sleep.

Although the bed in a box is a new idea. It is a much easier way to get a mattress home. It is everything we expected and hopefully will stand the test of time. We are both sleeping much better, and most of our morning body aches have disappeared.

The mattress is very comfortable, so far. I have it on an adjustable bed base, which does not seem to be affecting the mattress at all. The mattress appears to be well made I was having to move it by myself and although the handles are cloth, sewn onto cloth sides, they held up well to me having to lift and tug with them.

This mattress is ok. I've had it for a couple of years now and tend to sleep in the same spot because my child and dog also sleep in my bed a lot. I am noticing that the area I usually sleep in is starting to have a different firmness than other parts of the bed. I was hoping that it would last a lot longer.

Do not buy! This mattress is extremely soft and has no foundational support. It’s like sleeping on a bed of pillows. I will be returning it.

We just purchased our second Members Mark mattress. Hotel premier. We are very happy with how comfortable it is. We highly recommend it.

I try to return it but the Sams customer service on line told me that they have a lot of returns, they are really busy!!

Bought this for our son who just got an appt at school. He loves it- says it was easy to set up and is very comfortable.

It is a tad softer than I prefer but is is being used in a guest room and the very first guests reported it was quite comfortable.
