Easy process from buying to opening the box and getting it out. It is soft and fitm at the same time. Such a comfortable mattress. I slept on it at an Airbnb and fell in love with it, so I had to get my own.

The mattress is very comfortable, so far. I have it on an adjustable bed base, which does not seem to be affecting the mattress at all. The mattress appears to be well made I was having to move it by myself and although the handles are cloth, sewn onto cloth sides, they held up well to me having to lift and tug with them.

It is a tad softer than I prefer but is is being used in a guest room and the very first guests reported it was quite comfortable.

Bought this for our son who just got an appt at school. He loves it- says it was easy to set up and is very comfortable.

This bed is so comfortable. We got a full for one of our kids and had to get it for ourselves too. We replaced a tempurpedic with this!!

We just purchased our second Members Mark mattress. Hotel premier. We are very happy with how comfortable it is. We highly recommend it.

I try to return it but the Sams customer service on line told me that they have a lot of returns, they are really busy!!

Do not buy! This mattress is extremely soft and has no foundational support. It’s like sleeping on a bed of pillows. I will be returning it.

The mattress is exactly what we were looking for at a fraction of the cost at Gardner White. So comfortable. Great purchase.

Wanted to like for the price. Mattress was all gel foam and not enough structure for our needs. Returned. Return was easy and Sam's setup pickup at my convenience.
