[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 3 racks. The cutlery rack is great for small items that always end up in the bottom of the dishwasher lost. And they always get so clean on this rack. I love the adjustable height middle rack. It gives so much extra needed space to the lower rack and the middle rack. I love the front controls, you can see what your dishwasher is doing and how much time it needs/has left. You don't end up accidentally opening it while it is running. This dishwasher is so quiet too! It does a great job of cleaning and looks great.

I bought this dishwasher about a month ago. I chose this dishwasher with the help of a sales associate. I like that it has a third rack for serving utensils. I don't like the buttons on the front so much. I go to put something away on a top shelf and keep brushing up on the machine the power button lights up and dings. I don't like how the bottom rack doesn't stay on the track when pulled all the way out. I think LG could have done a better job with this. I bought LG because I bought a refrigerator that's an LG and I love it!!! I like quad wash on the dishwasher, and the machine in general. I just think that they need to focus on the little things as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago. I wish I had looked at more. I'm having trouble with using it sometimes. It is very confusing. I find the racks harder to use than my old one and when I run it on the extra dry cycle I still have a lot of water on the walls and some on the dishes. Can't believe it doesn't dry better. I like to wait until I've used something for a while to give a good review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have four other LG products and they have all been good products and for the ones I have to work on they are simple enough to do.This dishwasher had all the features that were new and got our interest. The install was a little tricky - but that is the way it is for dishwashers. I cut my hand s working on the electric box as everything is basically on the floor. This was a replacement... . The hose to the main water supply needed to be replace do (original copper) with a new dishwasher hose which is flexible and will adjust.

I am not impressed with this machine. The door feels flimsy. The idea that the steam now comes out the top of the machine, to cook the countertop and the cabinet is awful. I have had LG come out and look at the machine, and it is working within the parameters and working as intended/designed. I don't like the cutlery/silverware basket the old one's design was better and suited for my needs. The dispenser on my old machine had a place for Dish Detergent Booster, this one does not. I am not talking about the blue liquid, but the booster, I think it was marked prewash. The LED (assuming LED) "End" stays on till you open the door, others may like it I just see it as a waste of energy, I don't care it if is LED, so low on energy use. I view it as just another annoyance. This one also seems to be louder than my old machine. Looking back I wish I had just gotten the old LG fixed. I stayed brand loyal since the other machine did so well. I will definitely be comparing the next time I need to replace ANY major appliance. Just very disappointed. It does the job. The dishes come out clean, but I am not impressed with the design changes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher was running well for about a year. Then around the year mark it started to get really loud. We called LG warranty. They only have a one year warranty so we are a few months over and will have to pay for the labor to fix a defective part. We own a few other LG products but based off of the current experience we won’t be buying LG again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 22 year old dishwasher that my wife rarely used because it didn’t clean the dishes well was noisy and she always anticipated that it would finally break down. Since I installed our new LG we have used it everyday, first time we have ever used a dishwasher on a regular basis. The top rack works great for thongs and large utensils. This has become our favorite appliance. Thanks team LG for a great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher is excellent and all 3 levels get equally clean. Besides scraping the dishes I don’t do anything to them, and -no exceptions- all clean. Quiet and a pleasure to use. BTW, I only have LG appliances.

This is a stylish, great dishwasher, perhaps too good. It gets so hot that it will melt any cheap plastic containers you put in it unless you turn down the heat setting. But at least you know you're dishes are sanitized! It can hold a lot of dishes if you leave the silverware basket out and use the extra top tray instead. But perhaps the best part about this dishwasher is LG's customer service. The control panel cracked, and I submitted a warranty request to see if they would send me the part. Instead, they sent a repairman who I thought was just going to assess the situation and order the part. But he came prepared with the front panel and fixed it before I could get home from work, which is just a five minute drive. I asked my wife what happened, and she told me he was already done replacing the panel and left. I've very happy with my purchase, and I am happy with all my LG appliances in general!

The buying process was simple with Sams. The problem is with the third-party delivery and installation. The delivery was initially supposed to be on Monday, November 11th. The company canceled the delivery, stating that there were no drivers. It has been rescheduled for November 15th, 2024. The dishwasher was delivered on November 15th at 6 pm, but they stated they could not install it because they had 5 more deliveries. So, the dishwasher is sitting in my garage, waiting for installation. RXO sucks and Sams should use a better third party vendor.
