The pins are well laid out and the unit holds our dishes well Only complaint is that the controls aren’t intuitive- I needed to pull the manual to figure out how to select the wash cycle.

The only feature we don't use is the very top rack, we are used to putting silverware in a basket so that's what we continue to do. The top rack is hardly used, I may take it out, not sure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the such as the extra cutlery drawer at the top, and the ability to adjust top rack up and down + raise or lower the tines in the drawer racks. Has options my last dishwasher did not -- will use some but not all. Cycles are long. Based on Normal cycle usage, best to add the Extra Dry feature if you don't want water remaining on dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I finally got this installed (long wait for a plumber), I read the manual and spent some time finding the best ways to load my various sized dishes, where to put the silver ware basket, and what the best detergent should be. I think this is a great dishwasher which will save water and work on my part. It really does get the dishes clean and spot free. I particularly like the over night dry option. Best dishwasher I have ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our LG dishwasher for two months, and we’re very happy with this purchase. The unit is so quiet, and it is loaded with features. I like the adjustable middle rack that allows taller items like wine glasses to fit safely in the rack. The top rack is great for long utensils like bread knives and spatulas. There are numerous settings to adjust for different size loads and to save both time and water use. I would highly recommend this LG dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher. The stainless steel inside is gorgeous. I have the black stainless and its so pleasing to the eye and I cabt think of a decor it would look perfect in. It washes flawlessly never a dirty dish when its done and the dishes are almost dry when they come out. The topping on the cake for this model is the third rack so much space and you can load so much. I'll never have a dishwasher with out the third rack again. Also the melody it plays is fun and a added surprise.

I bought my LG DW back in February, from day 1, its had a fishy smell. I called LG and they told me to run it in MachineClean mode with a cleaner. It worked but I fear this will have to be done often as the odor seems to be creeping back. I do hope it stays gone otherwise I will be looking to replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this beauty about 5 weeks ago. Guide/directions were a bit overwhelming, plus the third rack threw me at first. Once I understood why loading directions were so specific, the job got WAY easier. I had to calibrate for hard water, and the amount of detergent. that took a few loads, but now, it works excellent on most things. I have yet to get the glasses to come out clean - they have a film on them but the glass bowls come out great! LOVE the steel tub! worth the extra money in my opinion. Also love the warranty and how QUIET it is!!!

My new dishwasher was delivered on June 19. The first load of dishes took 3 hours and 23 minutes!!! My old dishwasher took about 45 minutes, and I never had a dirty dish or had to rewash anything. I made a few phone calls to LG and finally figured out how to bring down the time it takes to do the dishes. So far, I'm at 1 hour and 34 minutes. The dishes are clean when the cycle completes, but you have to leave the door open in order to get the dishes to dry. If you leave the dishes in the dishwasher overnight (I did this once) they will still be wet in the morning. The touch controls are on the front of the door and are very sensitive. Several times a day as I'm preparing food on the countertop, I must lean against the door and it turns on the power and plays its tune. This can be quite annoying. The LG rep said the dishwasher uses 2.87 gallons of water. This is better than my old dishwasher that used 5 gallons of water, but now instead of worrying about my water bill, I worry about the electric bill. Why should it take so long to clean the dishes and then they're not even dry!
