[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first got our dishwasher we were amazed at the reduction of noise until the water pump kicked in. Then it made a noise “like a banshee” (repairman’s words). The company was quick to get a repairman out and the water pump was replaced and it really is quiet now. The dishes come out sparkling clean. I am loving this new machine.

I use the ver top one for silverware and it cleans them like no other. The adjustable 2nd rack is a game changer! I normally have to put tall cups on the very bottom shelf but with the adjustable 2nd shelf, I no longer have to do this! A++++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the dishwasher for a couple of weeks. I'm very pleased with the cleaning ability. I am having difficulty with the middle rack being difficult to adjust in height. It seems to go off track when I make an adjustment and it's difficult to get back into place. Otherwise, I'm very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago to replace another broken Whirlpool (3 in 6 years). I had installed each previous Whirlpool with zero issues. Installing the LG was not as easy and although some features were nicer they also posed a few challenges. The Whirlpool had a 2 prong plug and the LG required a 3 prong plug, plus the lengths needed to be longer on the water inlet and electrical cord due to the channels and specific locations of the LG. The channels are a nice feature, but again different from the Whirlpool. The biggest issue and what took 80% of my time was the way it is mounted to the cabinet via the side screws. Although the method was very similar to the Whirlpool it was night and day different in effort. Ultimately I got longer screws after losing 3 in the bowels of the LG door. I hope it never causes a problem. As an engineer, someone should be fired over the poor design. However after installation it works well and am happy with it. I wish it was a bit quieter, but not too bad. The 3rd shelf at the top is nice. The tines take time to get used to as the Whirlpool seemed made for our dishes, but we are learning new ways. Longevity will be the key.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the best feature of this dishwasher {besides washing & drying so well } is that it's very quiet!!!. the only bad point was the dent on the bottom of the door.[ inside] my wife & i both missed it upon installation , discovered after first cleaning. does not affect the washing cycles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still getting used to this new dishwasher. When it was first installed, I had issues getting it to run a cycle. Through the wonders of Google searches, I found out that I should try to reset it by holding down the delicates cycle. It's worked fine ever since. The reason for 4 stars is that it takes 2 hours and 50 minutes for a normal cycle to run. That just seems so very long to me. But my dishes are clean and it isn't too loud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the quietest dish washer I have ever owned however if you let the dishes sit for more than 2 days the inside of the washer smells. I always rinse the dishes before putting them in the washer so not sure why this is happening

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to get a new dishwasher as the old one was really loud. This is so much quieter and washes the dishes really well. I am amazed at how many more dishes I can put into this unit vs my old unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice quiet dishwasher cleans well. Takes a little getting used to the configuration on the middle rack, I really don’t care for the leaning tines. Love the top rack for silver ware and the middle rack is adjustable for taller glasses. Over all I am pleased with the choice.

Washes super great and makes everything nice and clean but only thing it doesn’t do it dry. Tried many different modes and some modes don’t dry at all. Night dry has the fan blow for an extra hour but that still doesn’t completely dry your dishes, wish I would have know before I spent the money I did.
