[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately they did not have a floor model for me to look at in person I bought off the store Internet site. It does not have Wi-Fi the racks fold down to easy just not nearly as quality as the last one I had I would not buy this again I would pay for an upgraded better one. And the door came and needed repair just not my favorite. But I will give it 5 stars for cleaning. It cleans perfectly just I don’t care for the racks and how the buttons are the model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our other dishwasher was over 20+ years old and what a difference in the clening that this LG dishwasher makes dishes feel sooo clean. Use the 3rd rack some but probably wouldn't miss it if I took it out. Not crazy about the silverware basket - would rather put all the forks in one, small spoons, etc. together. Could do that with the slits but more trouble than I'm interested in. I'm sure I'll get use to it. But overall a GREAT dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s everything it promised to be. I specially love it’s quiet efficiency. Dishes are ready to be stored once washing us complete. My old dishwasher needed to dry plates manually after cleaning is supposed to have been completed. LG us becoming the superstar in my household with same good experiences with my LG washer & dryer. The only question now is how long these efficiencies will last…I hope long enough.

I love LG products and did my research prior to my purchase. However, I have only had this dishwasher since late February of 2022, and already the control panel needs to be replaced. This is very disappointing. I really expected better. I've been without a working dishwasher for 2 months now.

I brought my dishes into many stores to find a DW that fits tall things on the bottom rack, and this one seemed to have the most clearance, as well as a 3rd rack that doesn't fit much but silverware. I've only run it twice, but things seemed to come out very clean---even pans with some baked on grease. Only downside is that the bottom rack doesn't have enough tines to hold small casseroles that can tip over.

I have owned this great dishwasher for over a month now and I couldn't be more pleased. I have never owned a dishwasher that I was comfortable not precleaning the dishes before running a cycle, not only not precleaning but setting in the dishwasher for a day prior to running. The unit runs so quiet I hardly know it's running. The list goes on but one more thing I'll mention is my old machine left a light coating of chalky residue which is not present in this dishwasher. Great Dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Handwashing seems to be faster and better.I want a real quiet one. But an automatic it was extremely loud. I did find out you can’t put a baseboard in front of it. That did correct that problem. My glass dishes came out very wet. And at hums for hours after it’s done until I open the door. The good part is they’re coming out Wednesday to take a look at it. Hopefully they can guide me through this and we can get it to do the job it is intended to do

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my Valentine's gift from hubby! My new LG dishwasher makes my kitchen look beautiful. I love the feature of the sliding top rack for large knives and spatulas which never fit well in the silverware slots. That it washes and rinses very quietly is a plus as well!
