This is a great dishwasher. You really don't need to pre-clean your dishes barely at all, just scrape off any big pieces of food and the dishes still come out really clean. Relatively quiet, and the features make sense (once you find the hidden combination for the quiet feature!). It seems like it works so well because it is very precise, and that translates to the installation. The leveling needs to be darn near perfect, and the tubes tightened in a way that really only an experienced technician is going to get the first time. That installation fee starts to look pretty minimal once you see how difficult it can be to get in. And then if the machine has any problems settling in, you are covered. Our tech was excellent with a tiny leak fix covered by warranty. Very efficient; only 4 gallons per wash cycle!

We love the top rack for longer utensils and the fold down racks at the bottom. Just wish this one had Wi-Fi capability for the LG thin Q app

I absolutely love this LG 3 rack dishwasher. I bought it to replace a Kitchenaid that was about 10 years old. I thought that was the best brand back then. How wrong I was! The LG is so quiet, I go back at times to see if is actually running. Dishes,pot and pans come out shining and dry. I could not ask for anything better.

I have to say I do love all my LG products. My dishwasher a year old is currently broken. Drain pump issue. Luckily it was still under warranty. I think it should’ve lasted longer. LG hires out repair. The technician informed me we will have to pull out the dishwasher because the dishwasher isn’t even with the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my old dishwasher and I purchased my new LG Dishwasher about one month ago and I am so happy that I made the right choice. I have had other brands of dishwashers over the past years, but none can compare to the LG. This dishwasher cleans the dishes better than any other I have owned and I really like that it has 3 racks and it so quiet that you can hardly hear it. I anticipate having to purchase other kitchen appliances in the very near future and, so far, I like all of the LG the best. I also have an LG TV which I purchased at the beginning of this year which I really like as well.

Have also began to notice spot rust on the inside of the tub after only a month. Other than those two things this washer cleans exceptionally well, and I barely notice it running. Many useful features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install. Took some time to get it level but everything else was a breeze. Cleaned some of the dirtiest dishes I could find easily. Not silent, but much quieter that I expected. There was a piece of the insulation was missing, but after speaking with a LG rep it should be on the way to me. If not, I will have to lower my rating. It doesn't effect the function, but the insulation should make it a bit quieter, which was one of the main reasons I bought this model.
