[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not what I was expecting. This dishwasher replaced a approx 15 year old dishwasher. It does not clean as well as the older one, but not terrible. There is no heating/drying element. Only air dry. I ran it before leaving for multiple days. Came home to mildew on the dishes. Normal wash cycle is 3 hours long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to replace my old, trusty, 35-year-old model and feel that I have truly entered the 21st century. It looks great in my kitchen, and works so quietly that I barely know it's on. The top flatware rack is a wonderful addition, and overall there's much more room than in my old model. There are a number of washing cycles to choose from, but so far I've only used "Automatic." It takes about an hour and a half to clean and dry the dishes, and there's no streaking or residue. I know there are other dishwashers that are much more expensive, but I can't imagine needing any other features than the ones in this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the middle rack can be raised or lowered to accommodate larger items or cups, etc. also love the flatware rack on the top! It can be taken out if the middle rack needs more room and I love putting the flatware in by category so it is easier to put away. Love the dishwasher!

My only complaint at this time is that I have yet to get the unit to be able to actually dry my dishes after washing them. I am following the steps in the manual, but no success yet.

No more paper plates for large family gatherings!!! I bought this in March 2022, the remodel took several months to complete, so I didn't start using this until June 2022. The dishwasher is so quiet I don't even know it is running so much that I open it mid-cycle to check, the first time. The dishwasher gets the job done dishes and pots come out clean after each cycle. I couldn't get this one to connect to the WiFi like my other LG appliances. This dishwasher works so well that I don't even mind that.

The pins are well laid out and the unit holds our dishes well Only complaint is that the controls aren’t intuitive- I needed to pull the manual to figure out how to select the wash cycle.

And the second rack can be adjusted if you have taller items some of the time. Who would have thought how wonderful that feature would be! It is so quiet (compared to my old one) that I have been know to put my ear to it to make sure it is running ( with my old one, you were never sure!).

I came across this unit and reviewed its features and user experiences before buying it online. Two aspects stand out. Quiet. This dishwasher is extremely quiet. It’s hard to know that it’s running. Cleans like nobody’s business! Dishes come out spotless and sparkling. I’m very satisfied with this product and recommend it without hesitation.

I bought this dishwasher a month ago and pleasantly surprised how quite it is. I can’t even hear it running sitting 10 Ft. away from it in the living room (except when it empties all the water, that too is hardly perceptible unless you are focused on it).

The delivery of both went flawlessly. I couldn't have been more pleased. It had not been the case previously dealing with the big box stores in my area. I would highly recommend dealing with LG directly. Their products and service is the best.
