Still up in the air about this purchase. Way too many choices to wash your dishes than anyone will EVER use - silly amount actually. Don't see the advantage to a stainless steel tub over plastic. But, on the EXPRESS wash for 34 minutes it works very well. Why would anyone want to have their dishwasher run for 2 1/2 hours as some of the cycles do?? We are thrilled with the 34 minute cycle why wash any longer!

This is a stylish, great dishwasher, perhaps too good. It gets so hot that it will melt any cheap plastic containers you put in it unless you turn down the heat setting. But at least you know you're dishes are sanitized! It can hold a lot of dishes if you leave the silverware basket out and use the extra top tray instead. But perhaps the best part about this dishwasher is LG's customer service. The control panel cracked, and I submitted a warranty request to see if they would send me the part. Instead, they sent a repairman who I thought was just going to assess the situation and order the part. But he came prepared with the front panel and fixed it before I could get home from work, which is just a five minute drive. I asked my wife what happened, and she told me he was already done replacing the panel and left. I've very happy with my purchase, and I am happy with all my LG appliances in general!

This is my first LG dishwasher - actually, my first new dishwasher in about 10 years. So far, the appliance works great. It's quiet and I like the display showing how long the cycle lasts. The controls are a bit confusing and I'm having to read the manual a lot in order to do what I want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old dishwasher because it didn't clean well and was so loud that it set off our car alarm in the adjoining garage! Well, maybe a slight exaggeration. The new LG is very quiet and cleans well. Installation was a breeze. Top shelf may be great for others, but I removed it (easily) to accommodate tall glasses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher over a month ago. Finally got it installed, last saturday. I love the spaciness. for dishes and larger items. My only fault is the 3rd rack. my previous dishwasher the 3rd rack held small custard sups and my cutting board. This one doesn't. I brought the cups to the appliance store, so I could check features out. I am wondering if salesman gave me the wrong number number to order? For people that don't need that feature, and just use it for larger utensils. the dishwasher is great. Washes well

We've had the dishwasher installed and in use for about a month now and so far, it's working well. Installation was typical and straightforward. Removing from the packaging was easy. One thing I did differently is rather than place the water and elec line in place on the floor and slide the dishwasher over them, I connected both and taped them up into their respective bottom channels. This allowed for me to easily guarantee they wont get pinched as the dishwasher is slid into the cabinet and adjusted into position. I installed with both top and side mounts. I like the side mount option because our old dishwasher with only top mount would occasionally be pushed back at the bottom and become unbalanced. The side mount option prevents this movement. Using the dishwasher is easy. We do like the ability to lower the middle rack, but wish the top rack also lowered. The washer is very quiet compared to our old washer. We still hear it, but not from the other room lol. I haven't yet figured out how to download wash cycles to the machine but will continue to look for that.

This dishwasher has two shelves plus that top rack which is great. But I wish it had a cycle that includes a rapid wash when dishes are lightly soiled. It has a delicate cycle which works for that. But the turbo doesn't include drying, and adding drying makes it longer than the delicate cycle. A Bosch I have does a one hour wash and dry which works great.

The dishes come out clean as a whistle and it's so quiet I actually have to put my ear to it to see if it's actually running. Also love the top tray and how you can adjust the size of the second rack... Totally recommend this dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the different washing options and the three rack levels. The directions/quick start could have clearer information. Also the touch screen is super sensitive so it takes some time to get used to it. I have had no problems with my dishes coming out very clean and the extra dry option is also appreciated.
