[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in late June, 2021, and this fall it started acting up. Control panel becomes unoperational, and the cycle eventually stops in the middle. The lights and sound system start providing a "show", prior to the meltdown and eventually turning off. I have never been impressed with this machine's cleaning ability, and then this electronic funky stuff happened. We won't buy an LG appliance again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only used it a few times so far but want to program it for a 30 minute wash. I need to look at the manual or YouTube instructions. When I lean against it my belly hits the buttons which the buttons are sensitive to the touch. Otherwise it cleans well. Not sure why you need three hour wash cycles.

I have had some dishes come out not real clean, when the dish next to it is spotless. Top rack is a nice feature, though not a game changer. Really nice looking exterior and interior.

I have had this dishwasher for a few weeks now. The dishes, pots and pans, cups, and utensils are very clean, It is very easy to use and relatively quiet. So far I am pleased with the purchase. I have one issue however and it is not with LG specifically. Why do almost all of the new appliances, like dishwashers and washers and dryers, take so long to complete their cycles? I'm no spring chicken and I remember when these items could complete their cycles in half the time and they were clean. Just something to ponder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Handwashing seems to be faster and better.I want a real quiet one. But an automatic it was extremely loud. I did find out you can’t put a baseboard in front of it. That did correct that problem. My glass dishes came out very wet. And at hums for hours after it’s done until I open the door. The good part is they’re coming out Wednesday to take a look at it. Hopefully they can guide me through this and we can get it to do the job it is intended to do

First problem was that it would stop working mid cycle and all the lights would start blinking on the touch panel. Just blinking on and off. Then I'd have to turn it off by unplugging it multiple times in hope it would reset and start again. Second issue is a plastic orange piece that is connected to the bottom sprayer keeps falling off. The last problem is the AE light comes on which can mean too much soap, but I followed the directions to use less soap, but it did it again. This has been the worst experience with an appliance I have ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my dish washer about 1 month and I love it. It is so quite when running. The new feature of drying your dishes is wonderful. The third rack is a plus it works great for my silverware. Over all this is a very good dish washer.

My dishes are never completely clean. There’s always one to five pieces that don’t get clean. I have to basically rinse them almost completely clean before I put them in the dishwasher. The rinse aid detector never tells me that I need to put some in.

Everything comes out so clean and sparkling you'd think they'd never been used! The simplicity of operation is ideal for someone like me who has no desire to fiddle with settings.
