This is a great dishwasher. You really don't need to pre-clean your dishes barely at all, just scrape off any big pieces of food and the dishes still come out really clean. Relatively quiet, and the features make sense (once you find the hidden combination for the quiet feature!). It seems like it works so well because it is very precise, and that translates to the installation. The leveling needs to be darn near perfect, and the tubes tightened in a way that really only an experienced technician is going to get the first time. That installation fee starts to look pretty minimal once you see how difficult it can be to get in. And then if the machine has any problems settling in, you are covered. Our tech was excellent with a tiny leak fix covered by warranty. Very efficient; only 4 gallons per wash cycle!

I moved into a house 2 1/2 years ago and had to buy all new appliances. I bought this same model LG Dishwasher and was extremely happy with its features and especially how quiet it ran. I just sold that house and moved into another which also needed new appliances and, since I was so happy with this model, I bought it again!

Took a min to figure out how to get it to connect to my phone. Note: write down the serial, model number and pair with your phone before installing as that is not accessible after installation. So far happy with my purchase.

The second rack is adjustable for moving it up or down. I really like the express washing as it takes under an hour. The installer told us that the lines for hook-up and made much better than other dishwashers.

Recently purchased this dishwasher when I updated the appliances in a new house. I have had 2 previous LG dishwashers and love them. I just automatically assumed this one would be awesome too. Not so much. If given a choice, I would replace it with another product. I use the dishwasher virtually every day. It does not dry well. Nearly every single day, a good amount of the load is wet, not as clean as it should be, and the dishwasher is fairly loud. Loud enough that I can hear it through the house, which I could never do on my previous purchases. It is beautiful, but does not function as advertised in my opinion. If it wasn't for the expense, I would replace this model. I have friends who have the exact model that I do and none of them have had these issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are generally happy with our new dishwasher. It does continue to emit an odd mechanical/oil-type odor when it runs. The only other complaint is that the buttons are easily activated. I have done so when shutting the door and my mother in law bumped it when turning around. It's pretty quiet and does a great job cleaning dishes!

Just purchased a set of ThinQ washer/dryer and I am so in love! The features are amazing and BOTH machines are super efficient, smooth and super quiet! My clothes and bedding feel cleaner than ever and smell like sunshine! I have cats and there are no hairs left on my clothing or bedding. In love with the app and features of remote start and both machines let me know when they are finished. We have an LG Fridge and dishwasher also. Will only buy LG appliances from now on!! I researched various companies & found that LG had the quality & design that worked for us. I absolutely love it. My dishes are very clean and I have been amazed at the clear glass finish on my glasses and also glass top pot covers. I am so happy & spoiled with my LG Dishwasher. Delighted that I chose the stainless steel interior and also the black stainless steel exterior. Beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was without a dishwasher for six months and enjoying have a new one. Find the bottom tray very difficult to keep on track. Seems like it is not quite wide enough. Also with there just being the two of us only use it every 4-5 days. Have only used the normal cycle and find that it seems to take a very long time for the cycle to run. 2-1/2 hours. I do run the water and get it hot to the unit before starting it.
