[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving our dishwasher. It has been the perfect addition to my updated kitchen. It is so quiet, easy to fit a lot into, and the third rack is a dream come true. It would have five stars but I still have to dry off the majority of my dishes so that’s a bummer but I still would recommend it to anyone.

Not happy with this dishwasher. Tried several different selections and in none of them were the glasses and mugs getting clean. Read the manual several times, contacted LG, tried things they recommended, they had repair person come out and he found no problem with machine, suggested ways to try (opposite of manual?). Still same, plates on lower rack are okay, glasses and mugs on 2nd rack are now being washed by hand! Never a problem with previous machine, different brand and lasted many yrs!

We had just purchased new appliances In our prior home a few months prior. We were unable to get this dishwasher then but it was in stock now and like the little upgrades of the extra top rack. Very quiet.

I love, love this dishwasher. The dishes are crystal clean. However, on the setting I use most of the time, it takes 2 hours to run. Not sure how energy efficient that could be. Most days i only run it once so that helps. Overall, the best dishwasher I've had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our old dishwasher died we had to find a new one. We wanted a quiet one. We found the average dishwasher is 50dB. It is hard to imagine what the sound of 50dB is. This one is 48dB. When it arrived and was hooked up we ran a cycle. It it so QUIET! It has been cleaning great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I have not had to use it often, I do like being able to adjust the middle shelf. Even though I use good quality detergent tablets and rinse aid, I have found that my glasses do not always get clean.

I have had some dishes come out not real clean, when the dish next to it is spotless. Top rack is a nice feature, though not a game changer. Really nice looking exterior and interior.

We've had this dishwasher about 6 weeks and are very happy with it. Easy to use electronic controls and operating options. Was a little concerned on how well it would dry dishes and plastics, but with the extra-dry option everything comes out nice and dry. We like the nite-dry setting for leaving dishes in overnight. I do wish the utensil tray handle was on the side of the tray, not in the middle blocking several baskets. I removed the handle for better access to the baskets. Installation was no problem, but I do have several comments/recommendations regarding the drain hose. First, the recess in the drain hose connector end that fits on a disposal is too shallow at about 3/4 inch. My old one was 1 1/4 inches. It would not take much, even with the hose clamp to have it pull off and flood the cabinet. Second, I'm not sure why there is a drain hose within a drain hose. It makes the whole hose assembly very rigid and hard to make the anti siphon loop and then a 90 to connect to the disposal. Third, and it applies to the thick somewhat rigid drain hose, I would rather see room behind the washer to let the hose come up and into the cabinet high on the sidewall. I followed the instructions and drilled a hole in the floor of my sink cabinet according to the template. It now occurs to me that if I ever had a water leak in that cabinet, water will flow down under the base/toe kick area and be very hard to clean up/dry. Cutting a hole in the bottom of a cabinet seems to be a very bad idea and I'm sorry I did it.
