I've had this for 4-5 months now and I can't get over how much I still hate this thing. The topmost rack is useless, the other two racks are difficult to load and don't hold much. The front control panel is infuriating since every time I go anywhere near it and accidentally brush up against it I either turn it off or on. And it doesn't just pause. It shuts down. I have to start the load over from the beginning. What a waste.

Worst dishwasher I have ever owned or had to suffer using. Bought new from local retailer under their recommendation. The front "touch" controls are finicky at best and more than half the time don't register when you "press" them. The soap tray lid doesn't want to close most of the time. Dishes don't dry, even when left overnight. The bottom dish rack regularly jumps off it's guide track. And it plays a stupid musical tune when the cycle is done, and you can't shut this feature off. Honestly, I've had better experiences with dishwashers in apartments, and those are notoriously terrible for being bargain bin. As soon as this unit dies, I'm buying a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this dishwasher about a month ago in my son's house. So far it has been working great. It was easy to install and all is doing the things it should do. My son has no issues and likes the cleanly ness on his dishes. He really like the small item tray at the very top. it is really handy. Time will tell the rest of the story.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not happy with product at all! Beautiful appliance but unfortunately I didn't buy it to look good in my kitchen. I thought as another customer buys a dishwasher it would wash my dishes and dry them. It does neither. I won't say all my dishes aren't clean but it's very frustrating to know I have almost a 1/4 to a half sometimes not clean and now everything I use it I'm holding my breath and having to check each dish and utensil. Also I have the same complaint as another review on here as well, it won't dry my dishes either and like her as well I'm always having to open air dry. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I hate giving negative review but wouldn't want anyone to waste their money on an expensive product that does not do what it was made for. I'm really missing my old almost 25 year old dishwasher, it wasn't the prettiest but honestly it still got my dishes alot cleaner and it dried

This dishwasher is much quieter than the 15 year old GE we recently replaced. The manual had good tips for hot to load and use the features for maximum cleaning and drying. There is a night time dry feature that removes the humid air when the cycle finishes if leaving it overnight so the dishes are drier. We still always have some moisture left, particularly on plastics. The three racks are nice, and the middle is adjustable up/down. Removed a star for the install, they dropped a tool on the dishwasher door that they had opened and the tool left a dent. It didn’t impact the function at all, but just know that the inside stainless steel will dent easily. Also the installers did not center it in the opening well, leaving a slight gap to the side. I asked if they could center it but they said no. Just be sure to watch when they install, make sure it is level and centered- ours was not. Overall it was a very competitive price that included the delivery, install, and haul away of the old appliance so we are happy. Will update if the washer’s performance changes, right now it cleans very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this dishwasher at first I didn't have any rinse aid in dishwasher because i was out and i did my first load and everything was soaked didn't dry at all. So make sure you have the rinse aid before drying now they are completely dry i just love it.

Love the dishwasher. Things are clean! Top rack for knives and utensils works great! The dynamic dry works well with less worry about melting plastics. Installation was terrible. No cord came with the dishwasher and even though I had a new cord, the installers didn't know how to connect it. Delivery was careful and old dishwasher was hauled away

The dishwasher cleans and drys well. It is very quiet. The only issue the we have is that the bottom rack comes off the track each time we pull it out. Also, one of the plastic wheels on the rack came off twice. It was the same wheel both times. Fortunately, I was able to replace it myself. I really would like to get a new bottom rack and see if this issue continues. The dishwasher is only about 1 month old. It was installed on 9/12/23.

My dishwasher is almost a year old. It is simply awful. Does not clean dishes well (unless you wash them first!) terrible smell, runs too long, and so on .. A friend of mine bought the same model (before I could warn her) and she returned it after two days.
