Great features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher because I heard it was very good at against stuck on food and I have seen that. This is so true. I don’t even have to rinse my dishes anymore. All the food comes off and the third show is good to have for my delicate items, you guys did a great job designing this Dishwasher.

Some Features Need To Be Improved Upon
I bought this dishwasher 3 weeks ago. The bottom rack is not very sturdy. You have to pull it out gently or it jumps off the track. Starting the dishwasher takes pushing 3 buttons at the right sequence or it will not start. This has to be done within 4 seconds or the dishwasher will not start. The display panel is very hard to read. At the end of the wash cycle the dishwasher chimes to let you know the wash is done. This is very annoying. This feature can be turned off for each load, but again, it is a series of buttons to push at the same time. There were no provisions made for securing the dishwasher on the sides of the dishwasher. We could not use the brackets supplied for top installation as we have a granite counter top.

Poor drying
Purchased on 1/16/2022 and had it installed on 2/02/2022. Finally had the opportunity to use the dishwasher on 2/16/2022 and must say was totally disappointed in the lack of drying. Tried many times to get the dishes dry to no avail. Even the utensils on the top rack had water on them as well as the inside door and the walls. Having other LG products am really not happy with this dishwasher.
Drying performance is directly affected by the amount of heat that remains in the tub after the heated rinse is performed. If your dishwasher is far away from your home’s hot water heater, it may be necessary to run the hot water tap in the sink before starting a wash cycle, to ensure that cool water is purged from the hot water lines. This will ensure your dishwasher has a consistent supply of hot water from start to finish. Using the High Temp setting also aids in keeping the inner drum temperature and dishes hotter before drying begins. LG dishwashers are designed to be used in conjunction with a rinse aid. Using a rinse aid will maximize the amount of water that has already been sheeted away from the dishes before the dry cycle begins. If a rinse aid is used and the performance still needs a boost, adjust the amount of rinse aid used. 2 is the default setting, but if necessary set the level to 3 so more rinse aid is used. Water tends to bead rather than sheet off plastic and nonstick surfaces, making them more difficult to dry. If washing plastic items in a Normal cycle, select the Extra Dry or Night Dry option or both for better drying results. When the rinse aid is empty, the Extra Dry option is selected automatically. Allow the dishwasher to completely finish the dry cycle before opening the door. If the door is opened In the middle of the dry cycle, the heat that is necessary for the hybrid dry system to work will escape. This will cause all of the dishes inside to remain wet once the cycle finishes. I hope that you find this helpful. ^Jennifer
My new Love

Does not wash wine glasses
The basket design sucks! You can't wash red wine glasses. Even smaller white wine glasses are limited to 4. The tine spacing in the lower rack is too large causing the dishes to flop around. The washing capability is fine. I can't recommend this dishwasher.

It's OK, but not great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part is not a bad dishwasher, but there are some issues which are irritating. 1. Doesn't remove tea stains from mugs for spoons. Have to constantly soak them in bleach or scrub them by hand. 2. Can't seem to turn off the finish cycle melody. Having 2 dogs that sleep in the kitchen, this sometimes wakes them up and they bark. The manual says press the half load button for 3 seconds, but I've done that and nothing to indicate if it's worked or show if its enabled or disabled. 3. Can't connect to the LG ThinQ app. Have followed the instructions - turned on, press the delay start button for 3 seconds, then search for the device in the app - after 10 minutes is still searching then times out. Have read that there should be an LG_Dishwasher wifi when the dishwasher is in connecting mode, yet I can't find that as an available SSID to connect to.

Not what I expected
The bottom rack doesn't fit properly so when extending to fill, it falls off the "track"...can you not make a rack that slides in and out easily? Bowls do not fit well within the pegs at all. AND the dishwasher just doesn't clean well. It started to smell inside on the very first load. It is, however, very quiet.

impeller issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher worked fine but lg customer service is very lacking ran into impeller issues the cost to repair is half the price of a new dishwasher at the time even if the parts are covered under warranty so buying a new one

A Produce Well-Made!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new LG dishwasher! We really like the silverware holder. It's easy to load and unload. The stainless steel interior is just great! It really helps the drying process. The black gasket is well-made. The layout of the racks is very adaptable to loading and unloading. The drying process can't be beat. We know we made the right choice. Thank you for making a high quality product. Oh, by the way, my husband loves the chimes when drying process is finished. One comment: We have to be careful not to accidentally hit the control buttons and start the cleaning cycle. The buttons are very sensitive to touch.
Don't like the way it dries the dishes
Brand new dishwasher, have used it 3 times, Overal the cleaning is great, however I can't get it to dry the dishes, I have made sure each time I have pressed the extra dry button, there is tons of water running down the door, dishes wet, to put them away I have to towel dry them. Can't seem to find a answer to this problem.
