These pads a very comfortable, they don't feel obtrusive, and most importantly, they remain in one place. These are great for someone like myself who moves a lot during sleep and wants to stay dry.

I am a plus size woman and I'm tall and these cover everywhere I need them to. No leaks or irritations. I recommend these for extra heavy days/nights.

They are confortable to wear and conform to your body's shape. They stay in place even after I exercised! I did not have to readjust like some other pads I have used before. I will definitely continue using!

These used to be the best overnight pads but in 2024 they have changed. The are extremely thinner than before. I used to be able to sleep through the nigh worry free, but now I soak through these within 2 hours.. I will never recommend or purchase these again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a very heavy menstrual cycle. If I don't have on a very long and absorbent pad I will wake up in 2 hours and look like a crime scene. These are not the only protection I use but they help. I embarrassingly wear them with an adult diaper at night so I can get more than 2 hours of sleep.

I suffer from very heavy flows and all the other brands I've tried were a major fail at leaks BUT the Always ultra-thin overnight is super absorbent and I didn't experience any leaks! The pad is ultra-thin but SUPER absorbent! I love the length and the wings, it gives 100 percent overnight protection! The Always Ultra Thin are my new favorite, and the only brand ill use!

They are extra long in front and back, with wings..everywhere is covered but they are thin. I was nervous about absorbency but made it thru multiple nights with no leaks. I will be switching to this pad for overnight uses.

I appreciate that Always Ultra Thins now come in expanded sizing. These size 5 are the largest size, which provides extra coverage at night and on heavy days. Sometimes the regular overnight seem not big enough and these are wider and longer. I don’t like products with fragrance especially in pads so I like that these are unscented. The wings give nice side protection and also prevent shifting. They don't make a lot of noise and are thin enough to feel comfortable even though they are made for heavier flow. Even though they are disposable, they are convenient and prevent having to do extra laundry due to leaks when sleeping. They really seem to hold a lot and can last all night.
