I am a plus size woman and I'm tall and these cover everywhere I need them to. No leaks or irritations. I recommend these for extra heavy days/nights.

Long enough to prevent any type of leak and wings to further protect your panties as well. These are incredible! One pad will last me all night easily. No getting up to change or adjust etc. I normally use Tampons, but not for overnight purposes. These are the next best thing I'm telling you. Highly recommend these.

I was very skeptical about trying the ultra thin overnight pads, because I felt like they would not hold up. I was pleasantly surprised! Not only did they hold up, I wasn't uncomfortable nor did I feel like I was using a thick wad of cotton. I used these continously for the first 3 days of my cycle and one pad lasted close to 6 hours. I had no accidents or leakage during that time. I was also surprisingly dry, as the pad wicked away moisture well. I liked the fact that the pad was also unscented so there was no weird smell or reaction to scents down below. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with how this product held up and would definitely be switching to this line of overnight pads.

The Always Ultra Thin Size 5 Extra Heavy Overnight Pads With Wings are exactly what I need for overnight protection. I have a few very heavy days and overnight is usually pretty bad. These keep me dry and I have yet to have one leak. They are really long so they cover a lot of area front to back, especially back. They are super thin so it feel comfortable to wear. The wings stick really well to keep them in place. I highly recommend these to anyone with heavy night periods. They really do work.
