Now I can sleep peacefully without problems and without fear that I will wake up with my sleeping clothes stained. Even my sheets are going to rest because on these days of the menstrual period I have to wash them more than normal. Well, I always woke up and they were stained. this is the best of the for overnight. If you have a heavy flow, I recommend this pads

Part way through the day, the top layer of the pad started tearing. I also started getting a rash on my back side from the friction in walking all day. I like the thinness and they absorb well. I will probably just stick to wearing these at night from now on.
