I'm not afraid when I have the size 5 on that I will leak at night. They hold up so well. It does absorb pretty well

These were by far the most absorbent, especially overnight. One or two leaks as I was figuring out my new body, but otherwise, everything stayed clean and dry! Such a relief when you’re already cleaning up so many other messes as a new mom.

The length of this pad is longer than others to ensure you have coverage from front to back. The stickiness on the back of the pad is fully covered -- not spotty stickiness. Full sticky coverage allows the pad to stay in place without popping off with movement... easing the stress and worry. The wings are thicker and placed in the perfect location.

I like how long they are and I like that they are unscented, but I would not feel comfortable wearing these overnight on a heavy flow day. They do not hold as much as I thought they would. It is still a good pad for overnight, maybe towards the end of the cycle.

I love that these are extra long to protect my underwear and my sheets. The wings wrap around easily and the pad stays in place. It doesn't fold over or scrape your skin or anything. If you have a lighter flow, you probably wouldn't need a size 5, but for those of us who have heavier flows, these are a godsend!
