[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always had a heavy flow and bedtime has always been a challenge, before i found these I went through quite a few panties and a sheet in one week. THESE ARE AMAZING. No more stained underwear and no more feeling the need to go to the bathroom every 15 minutes. They seem to absorb much quicker than the Infinity pads so it makes me feel much more comfortable. I've been so miserable and these have made me ecstatic!! THANK YOU!

These use to be the best product on the market. They are now the absolute worst product. They don't stick to any of my under garments. The wings are useless. The new top layer is not absorbat so I end up getting the contents of the used pad on my clothing when I slide down my pants. I am so absolutely disappointed in Always. These don't last an hour, where as the original product I could use all night and day if I had to. Always new product make over has sent this once long time loyal customer searching for a new brand with absolute disgust for the product team who developed this epic failure. Please, bring back the original product. This product has absolutely no purpose other than to waste your money, ruin your clothes, and set you up for potential disastrous and embracing situations.

I now feel better protected at night, making it easier to sleep. There is nothing worse than waking up with a leak. They're comfortable to wear while I sleep, and they absorb well. They are a bit on the larger side, so I don't wear them during the day. If you ever feel like you need extra protection at night, give these a try. They worked for me, and now I can't live without them!

They are also leakproof so there’s no having to worry about any accidents while you wear them. I would highly recommend them

I wear them during the day and the night. They are very absorbent and comfortable. I don’t recall ever having any issues with leaks. The wings add an extra layer of protection that is much needed.
