So I saw these and decided to give them a try. Needless to say as soon as I use up my supply of my other brand, I'm never looking back. These hold better, absorb more, and don't have the spillover problem that used to crop up with my other brand. And there is very little movement throughout the day, I don't feel them, and yet they catch every drop, no matter how I bend and twist. And I work in a warehouse, so there is lots of that.

I appreciate that Always Ultra Thins now come in expanded sizing. These size 5 are the largest size, which provides extra coverage at night and on heavy days. Sometimes the regular overnight seem not big enough and these are wider and longer. I don’t like products with fragrance especially in pads so I like that these are unscented. The wings give nice side protection and also prevent shifting. They don't make a lot of noise and are thin enough to feel comfortable even though they are made for heavier flow. Even though they are disposable, they are convenient and prevent having to do extra laundry due to leaks when sleeping. They really seem to hold a lot and can last all night.

These are the always ultra thin size number 5 extra heavy overnight. They are purple and the packaging shows purple where the number 5 is so you know there the right ones. These are amazing and help me feel better knowing im not going through the pad. They are super long and go back very far. No scent to the pads. Great feature is the odor lock to keep you fresh . They have the wings to to hold the pad in place. They absorbed a lot. And are super durable to. I was really surprised how good they work.

These size 5 ultra thins are by far the best thing ever! I get the coverage and the absorbancy of the regular but I don't feel like I'm wearing a diaper. They are soooo much more comfortable!

I love that these are extra long to protect my underwear and my sheets. The wings wrap around easily and the pad stays in place. It doesn't fold over or scrape your skin or anything. If you have a lighter flow, you probably wouldn't need a size 5, but for those of us who have heavier flows, these are a godsend!
