I can even use them on my heaviest days. They are the perfect length for me, I am a plus size woman and I love the extra protection in the back. They are super thin, but super absorbent. I also love that they are not big and bulky but still does the job of protecting me from leaks .They stick where I want them and stay put even when I am active or moving around a lot .They offer great protection against leaks, keep me feeling dry, and odor free. I love that these pads are very thin but they still get the job done. When i used the pad to go to sleep in it worked great for me throughout the night. I was so surprised that i had no leaks at all. These pads absorbed my heavy flow through out the night with no problems. It left me feeling dry when i woke up. I also love that there are wings on the pads. The pad is nice and soft and extremely thin which reduces the bunching for us side sleepers. I've never experienced a leak with this pad and will continue to count on this for nighttime use.
