Great quality and easy to build.

It came bent up and i called the number 3 weeks ago and left a message. Never heard anything yet. Going to call. Again ? Also was missing 2 pins for cover. And base was bent. Its good quality just lousy customer service.

I like many things about this grill. The size is good. Grill plates are good quality. Some parts were not finished and caused a large cut. We had to use a metal grinder to cut off burrs and complete.

This charcoal grill is a solid product from Member’s Mark. The instructions were exact just as the craftsmanship of this grill. I would purchase this grill again if I needed a second grill.

I like fact that the grill is nice and sturdy with cast iron grates. I didn't give it a 5 because this model doesn't have a lever control to lower or raise the grates in order to control the temperature which is what I'm use to. Other than that, it's a very nice and affordable purchase.

Best grill on the market. Big open cooking area. Steel heavy duty grates! Set up takes a little concentration. Also removed secondary chrome rack, just got in the way. Easy to clean, no nonsense. Charcoal tray is taking a beating, but we leave bbq outside. A little rust outside on top, to be expected. Will use black bbq spray paint to cover, very easy. We always use a charcoal chimney with lump charcoal, lighting isperfect every time.

Sadly, this was not a good purchase. I got this last February for my dad's vacation home, and after 5 uses max, it’s all rotten and rusted and impossible to cook in. It had missing parts from the get-go; the charcoal tray design is bad; and both cilincer pieces were inside each other, which made it tough to install without scratching it before using it. I understand that 200$ is not the most expensive grill but even 50$ feels like a scam for what I got and it was 100% of the time under roof and covered.

Really solid grill for the price, happy with the purchase

i know now why it is only $200. The materials the grill is made with are so sub-par that i dont trust it to last through the summer. All of the screws are made of a metal that is so soft its almost as bad as aluminum. They strip the heads just.trying to screw them in, even worse when you tey to tighten them. About half of the built in nuts for those screws have bad threads, which eat up the threads on the screws. So, now that I am done with it, it is wobbly because i couldnt tighten most of the screws. Do better Sam's.

I was excited about my purchase, but some parts were missing and another part didn't fit due to its cut. I wouldn't buy the same product again. I sent an email to customerservice@sumxing.com and I hope for a prompt response and solution.
