Can someone please tell me where can I buy the replaceable racks at online? It will cost me $200 for the replaceable racks and the grill itself only cost $200. Why would I pay $200 for some cast-iron racks?

Well made, sturdy

Two pieces was missing out out of my box. I was still able to put it together, but I feel for the price every piece should've been there.

i know now why it is only $200. The materials the grill is made with are so sub-par that i dont trust it to last through the summer. All of the screws are made of a metal that is so soft its almost as bad as aluminum. They strip the heads just.trying to screw them in, even worse when you tey to tighten them. About half of the built in nuts for those screws have bad threads, which eat up the threads on the screws. So, now that I am done with it, it is wobbly because i couldnt tighten most of the screws. Do better Sam's.

We bought this grill on February 21, 2026 and we had a handful of issues starting right at the beginning. Some issues are minor and some much more important. On the minor side, it was missing a couple parts on assembly and we called to get replacement bolts, but never received a response. Also, the included cover has faded terribly in only 4 months. It has now become a two toned purple color and looks ridiculous next to our other grill on our deck. From a functionality perspective, if you remove the grates when heating the charcoal, the grates don't expand and fall into the grill when you try and put them in place. It is definitely a burn hazard trying to fish grates out of hot charcoal and then try to delicately arrange them so just a small sliver hits the back and front ledges to be able to cook. MOST importantly, the grill top has already started to rust. This grill is always covered (as you can see from the cover fading), so there is no reason it is starting to rust after only 4 months. I wanted to love this grill, but I am very much regretting this purchase. It is very cheaply made.

Great charcoal for the price

Price point was perfect.

Sadly, this was not a good purchase. I got this last February for my dad's vacation home, and after 5 uses max, it's all rotten and rusted and impossible to cook in. It had missing parts from the get-go; the charcoal tray design is bad; and both cilincer pieces were inside each other, which made it tough to install without scratching it before using it. I understand that 200$ is not the most expensive grill but even 50$ feels like a scam for what I got and it was 100% of the time under roof and covered.

Great price for this sturdy barrel grill. Arrived the same day I ordered, and the box was in great shape (and heavy). My brother had to put it together and that took about an hour %26 half or less. It looks amazing, has some weight so it's not flimsy. Rolled onto the patio with ease and has a really nice grill cover included. We're breaking it in for a Sunday BBQ. I highly recommend, especially at a price of $199!

The grill seems decent. It took about an hour or so to put together. My main complaint is the grill doesn't match the picture or the display. My grill came with the right black handle, but the screws holes in the lid were too close together for that handle. I emailed and they sent me a silver handle, which isn't the correct handle according to the picture on the box, website and the display. So back and forth with the company saying that I think they drilled the screw holes wrong for them to keep saying no it's right and the silver handle is right. Finally the rep says they changed the handle on the 2nd generation of the grill. Well why doesn't the picture represent that change, or the displays. How is one supposed to know that if no where else has a picture with the silver handle? Kind of seems off. Also why didn't he originally say they changed the handle? Just seems like a bag thing especially for a $200 grill.
