Very happy with my decision had a nice roast on the beans not too heavy with notes of cereal. Very good light roast coffee. For my first cup I used me AeroPress and it came out great. I normally use a medium roast but wanted to try this light roast. I used a manual burr grinder for the freshest taste. It has a smooth taste and I really enjoyed it.

When grinding, I noticed light-colored debris accumulating on the top of the mill. The coffee smelled great in bean form, but after grinding the aroma shifted to a more burnt scent. Once brewed, the coffee had a light, airy body with a pleasant “donut shop” flavor. There was also a nice fruity note that came through. While enjoyable, I personally prefer a coffee with a more nutty profile for everyday drinking.
