I was so happy to get these. But they leaked they leaked on the first try. I will keep in thicker things like yogurt. But anything thin won't be stopped. Overall disappointed that it wasn't the homerun I was hoping for.

Love the bag, but really wish you could personalize!

I bought the Bentgo Kids Unicorn print lunch bag for my preschooler and the zipper stopped working after a few weeks of use. I contacted customer service and they very kindly addressed my concerns and shipped me a new lunch bag - my daughter and I are thrilled. Thank you Bentgo!

I have bought two of these bags, both ended up with the same issue halfway through the school year. One of the zippers is stuck leaving only the other one to open and close and it still feels so tight and hard to move. Love their lunch boxes but the bags need help, especially for the price.

I ordered that bag at August 22, received it only at September 7. Okay, size of that bag is amazing, colors cute. But what about quality? At first lock going so difficult - I was thinking maybe it's new bag and it need time, but today I see that rubber band of side pocket is torn-we don't put there anything, cause everything fit inside bag(as I say size is amazing). Bentgo, would you replace that bag,which was used only 3 days?

I bought 2 prints, one for each kid. They are well made and able to pack tons of food along with the Bentgo lunch box. I like the multiple ways to carry, transport and wear! The one thing I really liked was the mesh water bottle holder on the side. It has an elastic pull tab to tighten for different bottles or juices. I hope they keep up with new prints because I will be buying these again in the future as these age. Great job Bentgo with the fun prints and gear quality.

This is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made! My daughter loves it and specially that you can carry it like purse with the straps that it comes with! It has enough space, perfect design, easy too clean! I would totally recommend! They also have the best warranty and the best customer service! If you are looking for a lunch bag, you just found it!

I bought this lunch bag with the matching lunch box for my son's 4th birthday as he is SO excited to start school this year. The parcel was successfully delivered to our porch; unfortunately when my husband and I got home from work it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. With no hesitation, Michael told me he would make an exception and send another lunch bag to me for no extra fees. I was beyond appreciative and thankful. This was my first time ordering from Bentgo.com and it will not be my last. Not only are the quality of their products one of the best, but their customer service over-exceeded my expectations. Thank you Bentgo for turning a discouraging situation into a positive experience. My son absolutely loves his set and is all ready for kindergarten :)

This is a really great lunch bag with plenty of room and compartments. My only issue is there’s nowhere to put my child’s name on the bag which is a requirement at his daycare. With all of the things they think of with their products, how did they not think to have somewhere to label it?
