Bought this lunch bag for my kids before school started and received a defective bag inside. The liner inside was almost like someone had taken a serrated knife to it. I called Bentgo and they fixed the problem immediately. That’s why I am giving them 4 stars! They were easy to deal with and I didn’t have to send the original bag back.

I have bought two of these bags, both ended up with the same issue halfway through the school year. One of the zippers is stuck leaving only the other one to open and close and it still feels so tight and hard to move. Love their lunch boxes but the bags need help, especially for the price.

These lunch bags are of high quality. There is plenty of room for the lunch boxes and extras. There are several compartments as well. I ordered 2 and one of the bags has a stuck zipper. This caused the fabric to rip. Customer service was great. I should be receiving my replacement bag in about a week.

I bought the Bentgo Kids Unicorn print lunch bag for my preschooler and the zipper stopped working after a few weeks of use. I contacted customer service and they very kindly addressed my concerns and shipped me a new lunch bag - my daughter and I are thrilled. Thank you Bentgo!

I bought the mermaid print bag for my daughter and the pink box. She loves the separated compartments and ease. One issue I had was slight mildew on the lid. I reached out to Bentgo and they made it right immediately. I recommend these products and their cusotmer service!

We have two of these bags because my daughter couldn't decide which print she liked the best. The lunch boxes fit in great, along with ice packs. I like the exterior drink pouch and the different carrying options. I did take the shoulder straps off for my daughter because the lunchbox fits inside her bookbag, but it would be very useful if she had to carry it separately.

I have purchased 2 sets of lunch bags/boxes now from Bentgo for my son, first for pre-k and now for kindergarten. This year for kindergarten I also went Bentgo for his backpack. Every piece is perfect for his school and lunch needs and everything is made very well with exceptional quality. I plan to only buy Bentgo moving forward!

Love the size of the bag as it fits the box well with room for more. Cute designs, so lots of options for every personality. Unfortunately we have now received 3 of the same lunch box (purple with unicorns) and all 3 have handle that broke with in days of using. Very unfortunate as we received as a gift. Customer service was nice and did replace our first one but the same issue happened. Just want to give other buyers a heads up so the same issue doesn’t happen to them. Hopefully it’s just a defect in that design. I’ve resorted to just cutting the handle off. Rest of the lunch box is great. Pictures are of all three lunch boxes.

I am glad the brand holds up its customer service. I got one of their lovely lunch bags but for some reason the zipper broke. Was a little disappointed as the quality was great size was perfect for my sons bag and it keeps his lunch nice and cold. So I got in touch with them and told them my situation. I couldn’t find the receipt for the life of me but did register. Abby was understanding and help me find a resolution. Will be a returning customer!

I bought one for each of my kids and they both love it! One takes it to the babysitter and the other to school. The Bengto lunchbox fits perfectly inside with room to spare for other snacks. I also like that there are two different ways to hold the bag depending on what you put in it! Highly recommend.
