Bought this lunch bag for my kids before school started and received a defective bag inside. The liner inside was almost like someone had taken a serrated knife to it. I called Bentgo and they fixed the problem immediately. That’s why I am giving them 4 stars! They were easy to deal with and I didn’t have to send the original bag back.

We have the lunchbox and matching bento box. Love both products -we can fit the bento box and other containers/food in the lunchbox. The bento box is leakproof and holds the perfect amount of food for my 1 and 3 year olds. Also for some minor issues we had the customer service is great!

This bag is sturdy and well made. However, the sizing is frustrating for me as most camps/schools ask to pack a snack and a lunch and this bag won’t fit both the lunch box and the snack box. If all I wanted to pack is the lunch box, it’s too big/too much bag for that alone. This would work if you’re packing the lunch box with other small stuff around it but that’s not what I need it for.

I bought this lunch bag with the matching lunch box for my son's 4th birthday as he is SO excited to start school this year. The parcel was successfully delivered to our porch; unfortunately when my husband and I got home from work it was nowhere to be found. I called customer service with little hope that they would be able to help with our lost/stolen package. With no hesitation, Michael told me he would make an exception and send another lunch bag to me for no extra fees. I was beyond appreciative and thankful. This was my first time ordering from Bentgo.com and it will not be my last. Not only are the quality of their products one of the best, but their customer service over-exceeded my expectations. Thank you Bentgo for turning a discouraging situation into a positive experience. My son absolutely loves his set and is all ready for kindergarten :)

I much prefer this snap & go version over the original bentgo kids lunchbox. After two years and two original bentgo kids lunchboxes, my second grader never got the knack of closing the hinged lid of the original style at the end of her lunch period. She’d come home with bits of unfinished food loose inside the companion bag. This box however is so much easier to close. She more easily snaps the lid shut and comes home with fewer in-bag spills. Plus more space. Love it. I just wish Bentgo would offer more patterns and colors.

I've had this Bentgo Lunch Bag for about a year and it's a favorite in my household! My daughter absolutely loves the Fairy design and the bright colors and how super easy it is to open! We are fans of the Bentgo lunch bags and plan to add more to our Collection!

I received this for my 2 year old as a gift. Awesome lunchbag and she loves it. She called it her ‘fish bag’ and it was a big hit. It did start to have a small rip in the fabric and I was able to quickly reach customer service to solve the issue. A plus for customer service and I’d def buy from this company again!

These lunch bags are of high quality. There is plenty of room for the lunch boxes and extras. There are several compartments as well. I ordered 2 and one of the bags has a stuck zipper. This caused the fabric to rip. Customer service was great. I should be receiving my replacement bag in about a week.

I purchased the entire rainbow and butterflies matching set for my daughter. She loves pink and mama loved that this set, while pink, included a variety of colors mixed in so that it still compliments her many school looks. The lunch bag is great! I love how it can easily attach to the back pack so kiddos can keep their hands free and I love that it’s large enough to fit more than just the bento box. I add yogurt/pudding/fruit cups, capri drinks, chip in baggies, etc in addition to the bento box to keep my kid satisfied all day when away from home. it’s held up well since the first day of school (used daily) which points to it’s great quality. Definitely recommend.

The handle started breaking almost immediately. The image below is after about 15 days of use. A much bigger issue for me is the size of this lunch bag. It’s huge. It will fit the Bentgo kids lunch box plus the Bentgo kids water bottle inside it, not even counting the external bottle holder. It would be great for picnics, but it’s unwieldy for a little kid to tote to school. The clip is also way too stiff for a little kid to unclasp. My kiddo’s school puts the lunch bags on a cart to haul to the cafeteria, so the 2-in-1 backpack wouldn’t work. I got the regular Bentgo backpack, and this lunch bag will fit inside it but it takes up the entire bag. I’d love if it were about 2/3 the size.
