Great for first use

The directions could be a little more detailed I had to redo a step twice while putting together. Very simple to assemble after you look at the finished product picture. Used for the first time in 4 inches of dry snow and it worked great. After getting in a grove with the cord placement it was very efficient and easy to work. Would recommend the only thing I don’t know is with wet heavy snow. But very pleased with first use.

Very nice little snow blower

Glad I went with the metal auger. It has made snow removal so much better. I originally tried the WSnow23 but I wasn’t impressed with the plastic auger. An added bonus was the WSnow20 comes mostly pre-assembled whereas the 23 required you to attach the lower frame, axle and wheels plus the chute. It wasn’t difficult but it was nice to have most of the work already completed in the 20 inch model.

Surprisingly Strong Power

Works well. throws the snow pretty far. I was going to get another brand cordless version but was worried it wouldn't have enough power and batteries in the cold ...... Though I need to drag around a cord it has surprisingly strong power, so fair tradeoff I've only used on light snow... but 2 feet of it! Good price. Good purchase!

Worked great after major snowstorm!

Worked great on large driveway after major snowstorm. Couldn't have dug out without it. It was a really big snow removal job. However, had to use regular shovel on very high snow areas caused by snow ploughs blocking entrance to driveway with snow pushed off the main road. This electric snow shovel earned its keep in my book!

Works pretty good !

Bought this hoping it would act as a charm to prevent snowfall in my area. Alas, it did not. But with this recent nation wide storm, it has been helpful. Does not take a lot of storage space and light weight too. Can be a little tricky to greet bolts through the support but I managed....

very strong and throws the snow well. you can't direct the snow when discharging to the right or left. the motor can be heavy to some people while lifting for a long period of time.

This is perfect for fresh snow fall

I bought this product to shovel my small driveway. The size and power of the product is perfect. It is best used while the snow has just fallen vs waiting a couple of days. I moved the assist handle up higher. The position recommend in the booklet was too low for me.

Did get through the snow but would rather be able to direct the chute. Not so sure that it is any easier than shoveling. I would spend more and get a bigger machine.

Design flaw

Snow entering the unit through the ventilation opening can result in a motor burning or an electrical shock. Steel auger housed within a plastic casing can create significant vibration issues. While plastics often have higher vibration damping capabilities than metal, they can lead to vibration problems in specific scenarios, such as when the plastic housing is damaged, worn, or allows the internal components to become misaligned.
