Glad I went with the metal auger. It has made snow removal so much better. I originally tried the WSnow23 but I wasn’t impressed with the plastic auger. An added bonus was the WSnow20 comes mostly pre-assembled whereas the 23 required you to attach the lower frame, axle and wheels plus the chute. It wasn’t difficult but it was nice to have most of the work already completed in the 20 inch model.

This 11” electric snow shovel was delivered on 1/22/26 just in time for a major snowstorm on 1/25/26.  I was extremely satisfied and happy with this shovel. I went out during a snow break with about 4” of snow and I took about 7” swaths and no problem at all. I am very happy with the power and the distance. I went back out the next day, and some areas were over 9” with some drifting. I had to knock the snow down and again no problem with the power. So far, I have no regrets with this purchase. My daughter is now going to purchase one.

Great power, throwing distance and easy to use

This was exactly what I was looking for in a snow blower. No batteries to worry about charging, no small motors to tinker with. Just plug it in and let it go. This model has better features (metal blade and lights) than comparable Toro models. This is a single stage electric blower, don't expect this to work if you live somewhere with 20" of wet snow, but for those of us that get the occasional 5-7", this is perfect.

Great  value for the money

This little machine is a powerhouse! The WSnow11SD cleared my walkway and driveway in minutes, even after a 6‑inch snowfall. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and throws snow surprisingly far for its size. I love that I can just plug it in and go—no gas, no maintenance. Perfect for quick cleanups and everyday winter storms. Absolutely worth every penny!

Small but Mighty! Clears Snow Like a Champ

very strong and throws the snow well. you can't direct the snow when discharging to the right or left. the motor can be heavy to some people while lifting for a long period of time.

Bought it and tried it for about 5 minutes.  Not enough snow this year after I bought it.  Seems sturdy and powerful.  Person on my block has one and recommended.

Did get through the snow but would rather be able to direct the chute. Not so sure that it is any easier than shoveling. I would spend more and get a bigger machine.

This snowblower works great.  Don't have to deal with gas and maintenance.  Don't have to worry about batteries keeping a charge and doing multiple charging sessions.  This would be a five star review except for...
The BIGGEST flaw is that the plastic chute broke the second time using it.  We have had some heavy snow in the northeast in the winter of 2025-2026 and it snapped right off at the screws.  They do not sell replacement chutes online so this will now be relegated to the garage collecting dust.  I've tried MacGivoring it but it didn't hold.
