The Kayaks are perfect for us. They appear to be excellent quality. The small features like carry handles and the rear roller wheel make moving these with one person very easy. The shipping was great too. Delivered and put next to our garage. Although we had to sign a waiver to drop it off while we were at work since we could not be there to accept it.

My daughter brought my kayak in another town, than I live in. She had to travel about 150 miles to bring it to me. Along the way the hatch came off and the bungee strap broke. I called the company to order new parts. Dale, the service representative was very patient while I had to take pictures of the inside of the kayak to verify model number, etc. Then he said the parts would be in here in 7 to 10 days. I said wait, I need to pay for them. He there's no charge! Thank you very much!!

I have had this kayak for 3-4 years and love it! I especially love the wheel as I often kayak alone and it makes it much easier to maneuver. Had the side pads wear out and couldn't find them anywhere online, but wrote the company and they are sending some out. Great customer service!!!

These are stable in the water, easy to load and unload by myself. Love them.

I bought 4 Kayaks and have enjoyed 3 of them. According to Lifetime's policy I have 10 days to report shipping damage. I emailed Lifetime the day after I received these kayaks in which one was damaged due to shipping and haven't heard anything back in a week. I've tried to call and I can't get through due to Covid 19 short staffing. I totally understand the Covid 19 issues but a week with no response is a little ridiculous. I can't believe for the cost of these kayaks they don't even send any padding to protect them in shipment. As my picture shows this is exactly how they come minus the 4 straps that were around the box which you can see from the picture cut through the box and damaged the kayak. As far as the other 3 Kayaks my family and I enjoyed the 3 but had to take turns over our 4th of July weekend since the one kayak was damaged. The Kayaks are as good as any other kayak out there in this price range if it shows up undamaged.

Let me start with the good stuff: - shipping was quick - kayaks are light weight and have handles at both ends for easy carrying, there is also a wheel on one end to make moving on your own easier On the down side: - the price is cheap & so are the materials - my 90 lb daughter used one for a couple hours the first weekend we received these & the fabric on the seat started pulling away from the foam. - the 2nd use was my teenage son & his friend who are a little harder in things but nothing outside the norm. The plastic wheels are wearing down already, I don't expect they will last much more dragging. - And the fabric has pulled away on both seats at this point. Also although there is storage behind the seat, it is not dry! It is open to the front of the kayak so if you get water in it, your stuff will get wet. Bottom line, if you are looking for something inexpensive, thus does the job but if you want something that will last, keep looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kayak is terrific. It's very well balanced and tracked well through the water even on a windy day on a lake. My husband is 6'2” and 275. He hasn't been able to stay balanced in kayaks less than 12 feet. This 10ft has a weight limit recommended at 275 and he was very pleased that he fit in the kayak and could go wherever he wanted on the lake without issue. 2 thumbs up and a limit of trout from him! We definitely recommend this model and will add a rod holder for our next fishing trip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I'm not usually a fan of sit-inside kayaks. Being a larger man (6'2" and just north of 250 lbs), I had a cheaper one capsize, leaving me to get out of it while under water. THIS kayak, however, was awesome! At over 10' long, it's stable enough to support my size, but not so big that I have a hard time transporting it. On that note, the skeg wheel was great - I didn't need help hauling it down to the water. This also feels very agile in the water. It tracks nicely, turns easily and just feels fast. My kids have also taken it out several times (11 and 14) and they have no problem with it (we have to put the adjustable foot braces all the way back, but they do reach) It does have a mounting spot, right in front. I was thinking about putting either a go pro mount there, or a fishing rod holder...the rod holder won out (see pics) Would definitely recommend this kayak.
