Missing one of the two paddles that were supposed to be included. No problem until we were told it would be another three weeks.

Nice kayak for the money. A bit heavy for transporting on your car. Overall great product! Glad we bought them!!

The kayaks are great! Easy for my kids and I to move around. Glide wonderfully through the lake. The paddle holder comes in handy. If your looking for some lake kayaks, these are awesome!

I was able to try out the kayak 2 weeks ago for a try and learn. I had never use or been in a kayak before. It was easy to use and learn to navagate at the lake.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the SIS Lemongrass Revel 10 kayak in 2018 and it has been my go to boat for everything from relaxing floats down the river with my dog to fishing in still lakes. Plenty of room and stable and holds up to the beatings of a first time kayak owner. My wheel got stuck on some gravel and stopped turning and it wore down the back wheel but calling customer service was quick easy and the tech was able to place my order early while the part was on back order and gave me an estimated time frame for when it would be back in. It's all covered under warranty. Love it! Great kayak and great company. Never been happier with a purchase.

The Kayaks are perfect for us. They appear to be excellent quality. The small features like carry handles and the rear roller wheel make moving these with one person very easy. The shipping was great too. Delivered and put next to our garage. Although we had to sign a waiver to drop it off while we were at work since we could not be there to accept it.

My fault for not removing it prior to driving but I reached out to Lifetime expecting to pay a ridiculous price for such a little part, but, to my surprise the CSR decided to give me the warranty replacement part. This little act right here has guaranteed me as a lifetime brand customer.

I bought this kayak in 2015 as an entry level kayak, with the intention of replacing it with another once I figured out whether I really liked kayaking. Turns out, I LOVE kayaking, both on lakes and up to Class II+ rivers. And I LOVE this kayak. I have no intention of replacing it. I'll replace parts rather than the kayak as long as they are available.

I bought an Emotion Kayak before Lifetime bought them out. My kayak has a wheel skew which is really helpful while paddling it helps to “steer” straight. This fantastic company has replaced mine for me twice with NO cost (not even shipping!!!) so when it's time to replace, I will definitely be choosing Lifetime!
