I bought this cause my 9yr old dyson needed repairs so instead I went on the hunt for a shark after all the rave and I wanted the one with a bigger canister. I was so excited I put it together asap and started vacuuming. I was disappointed right away, it was tooooo heavy just like my old dyson but it picked up great (maybe cause it is new). Going to return it for the lift away since the picture shows a woman lifting it fairly easily and to me that means it must not be too heavy.

yes i was shocked when i open the box the vacuum was not pack right and was dirty like some one took it back to sam" s and they just put it back in their stock and sold it and i"m the one who got stock and i going to bring back and hope they will refund me my money.!!!!!!!!

I purchased this vacuum about 5 years ago and it works so much better than vacuums I purchased 6 months ago. It is picking up dust and debris that my other vacuums (including newer shark vacuums) have not picked up. Heck, I purchased a shark vacuum a few months ago and it already stopped working while the Rotator is still going strong.

One of the best vacuum cleaners that I have ever used. Good suction. The lift away option is great. You won't be disappointed.

Easy to assemble, light weight, great attachments, easy to empty and picks up better than any vacuum I have ever owned. Love it!

This is our second Shark vacuum cleaner and we love it! The suction is excellent. We would definitely buy it again.

I had an Oreck and got this one for Christmas! I am amazed how much my Oreck had missed and not sucked up!

This sweeper is top heavy and cheap plastic. Very heavy to use because of being top heavy. I returned mine to Sams Club with no problems. My experience with the Dyson DC17 is 10 years old and needs a sole plate and will be still going strong.
