That is, they do not close on their own. However there is a door alarm that will sound and alert your phone/watch with app installed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for about a month now and I absolutely love it. It's spacious, it tells me either on my phone or on my television that the refrigerator door is left open, and it has the ice machine and water pitcher inside. At first I didn't like it outside, but since it pours into a pitcher, the water is always cold. The one thing I would say about it is that if there's a drop of water outside of the pitcher it won't dispense the water because it's very sensitive. Which I get, but at the times when I'm trying to get my kids out of the door for school, it's annoying. But love it!!!!

We absolutely love the auto fill pitcher. My reason for deducting a star is the the fingerprint resistant feature is pretty much false. I'm wrong it is all the time.

When I first received the fridge i was scared that all my food was not going to fit since it looked smaller than my old fridge, less bulkier more of a slick look, but was I wrong, all my food fit and I still had space for more. It's so much easier to keep all my food looking organized. A few thing that I love about my new fridge, first that is counter depth so it looks a lot nice in my kitchen, second that It was four doors. I like that i can connect it to my alexa. I love that it has two types of ice, we love ice in my house. I also love the auto fill pitcher no more forgetting to fill out the pitcher it saves so much time. Now the thing I love the most is the flex zone, I can convert from fridge to freezer depending on what I need it for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my new Samsung Fridge . Getting used to it now. Love the 2 different ice sizes but getting the ice out is a pain right now. Love the flex side to be come a freezer or regular Fridge is cool. The LED Lighting is is great. I just up load the Samsung App to control the Fridge work great to control everything about the system . The door open alarm feature work awesome for sound and text message Let's get the fingerprint resistance surface not that great easy to leave prints but easy clean off. The capacity is great and lot of room and extra for us. Love the sleek look with no handles. Still do not like position of the ice machine . like the ice cube sizes but getting to the ice is not great.

We have it set to meat/fish and it appears to be keep the items we put there fresher. The refrigerator is incredibly quiet. About the only sound we notice the ice dumping, the icemaker refilling, and the water pitcher refilling. I've never noticed the compressors running. The door shelves are very spacious and we always seem to have room for anything. We had anticipated buying a small fridge for beer, overflow at the holidays, etc. but so far we haven't felt like we need to. I have two minor complaints: 1) I think the two lower compartments could use an extra light. 2) I wish there was some way for the icemaker to know the bin is out and not dump ice at those times. All in all we are very pleased.

Having a drawer type freezer for many years this was a big change for us. We have to say that we really like this style, it's a very clean look with everything hidden. Even the icemaker is behind the door and you get two different size ice cubes which is more convenient then you might expect. The integrated water pitcher keeps fresh filtered water right in the integrated water pitcher keeps fresh filtered water right in the door ready to go. We have better access to the freezer then with the drawer, you can swing both doors open and see everything and plus it's easier to put things on the shelves then dig through a drawer. As you expect from SAMSUNG, it's a really high tech look, even inside, with lots of lighting and sturdy adjustable shelves. The delivery was on time and the delivery company kept us up-to-date every step of the way as to the order status and the delivery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new home needed a new fridge and we spent quite awhile considering options. We settled on the 23 cu. ft. Smart Counter Depth 4-Door Flex™ Refrigerator with AutoFill Water Pitcher & Dual Ice Maker RF23A9071SR/AA – Stainless Steel for a couple reasons. 1) I loved the idea of a flex zone in the bottom so if I needed more fridge space for a bbq or just a hefty farmer's market visit I now have the room. 2) The water pitcher is a REAL time and floor save! Our dog's are much happier with how much faster their bowl is filled from a water pitcher. They can drink while we fill instead of watching us struggle to fill it from a water dispenser on the outside of the fridge. Another benefit is guests or family do not accidentally miss their cup while filling it from the water dispenser and get water all over our new wood floors. We are massive fans of the water pitcher idea!!! This is a real advancement for fridges! 3) No handles - We like to maximize walking and pass by space especially in tighter pas through areas. The lack of handles makes it so two people can walk by each other without having to shimmy by each other in the kitchen. My arms appreciate not having handles to bump into a bruise myself on too. 4) Freezer design - This freezer is very well laid out and functional! With the lay out of this freezer it is MUCH easier to access items in your freezer. The shelves on the doors and inside just make sense! Pull out fridge drawers I do not like because you are always digging to find things, don't know what is on the bottom and have to rearrange everything to close it again. That is NOT an issue with this freezer! I even created a shelf for family members in hopes they can easily find their items. When you open this freezer if is so simple to see what you have and access it! 5) Water filter - The water filter is in a simple and easy to access location no acrobatics needed! 6) Control Panel - The temperature control panel is VERY simple and easy to use. It is easy to access and something I would feel comfortable that even out least tech savvy family members could handle. I was a bit hesitant about not having 3 drawers in the fridge like I am used to for fruit, veg and deli items. Honestly, fruit and veg do fine on the shelf and last well. I purchased little plastic bins to hold deli items which makes it easier for people to see. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I would absolutely purchase again and recommend to family/friends.

As a frugal kind a guy, starting temp was factory setting. After some food spoilage, Temp setting ended up at its MAX in order to keep food fresh. Not sure what that does to my power bill..
