[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design of the unit is simple & clean. The auto-fill pitcher is a game changer! Interior is roomy & functional with deep door pockets. Pull out shelves in lower sections are an added bonus.

Died after owning for 1 year and 8 months. Tech came and fixed, and within hours it was broken again (not cooling a bit). Another tech came out, declared unfixable. One thing is the company (Samsung) is apparently fully refunding it and also said they would refund other expenses related to this (food loss). So if they actually do follow through at least there is that. But this pricey fridge should last much longer. I also never really liked the layout.

Man, we love this fridge and have enjoyed it for 1.5 years, but think twice if you have kids as the fingerprint need wiped daily and the dents are very easy to come by. The water pitcher was an unexpectant source of joy. Love the space, layout, lighting, controls, and more. I really wish the stainless steel didn't dent so easily.

I am madly in love with this refrigerator. From the auto-fill pitcher, which was one of the main enticements for me as I drink a load of water, to the dual door, the push back half-shelf for taller items, the two types of ice, and the ability to use one of the freezer compartments as a fridge, I think it's the bees knees. The only thing I do not like is that the LED light has a blue tint. I asked a technician about it, and he said there's nothing to be done, but I know there MUST be.

I talked with a Samsung rep who talked me into the one without the beverage station. This one still has the water pitcher and both ice trays. It is a really nice fridge. I don't even regret it. We don't really drink many beverages in cokes and things. Took awhile in getting used too because we've been used to the bigger fridge. This is a counter depth. Honestly it's great. You don't have to dig behind things to find stuff it's all right there. Lots of shelf trays and shelves that pull out. The smart things connection is great, you can control everything right from your phone. It reminds of the door is still open. The pitcher is a little hard at getting used to because it is a little hard to get out. If you are in the market for a fridge I highly recommend picking this one up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the fridge for a couple weeks and love it. Both ice sizes are great and the water pitcher in the door is great. With little ones it's nice to not have the water in the door because they help themselves and water was always down the front of the fridge looking filthy. It also achieved the factory setting temperature in about an hour so I didn't have any food loss in the transfer from old to new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was picked to try out this new samsung refrigerator and we were very excited. when it arrived it was even nicer than we expected. there is plenty of space inside and the flexibility of the bottom right section to be either a freezer or fridge makes it even better. my wife loves the ability to now get cold fresh filtered water at anytime from the beverage center. the ice cube bins are a bit small but having 2 that can make two different sizes is real nice. i added the refrigerator to my smart things app and can now set the temp from my phone. the alarm for the door being open too ng is great as my kids tend to not close doors all the way, now they have a reminder. all in all this is a great product from a company that i have always trusted to make great things.

Dent in the first 6 days! Doors are easily damaged.
