[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for our first home and I couldn't be happier, set up was easy, connecting to the fridge on the app is a great feature it allows you to customize exactly how your fridge functions: change the temp on the top and bottom & you can choose on the bottom doors which side to be a freezer or extended fridge! I can't change the panel colors but I easily got over that with a few cute magnets and an acrylic calendar make it ours

initial impressions as we just got this beauty yesterday: 1) spacious, but also smartly compact 2) auto-fill water pitcher, how did we love our lives without it before? this family drinks a lot of water and not having to fill the countertop water purifier a million times a day is the nicest weight off my shoulders. 3) crisper drawers are ample and i'm very excited about the customizable temperature control 4) being able to designate the bottom right compartment into extra fridge space is by far the most impressive feature, we have little little ones and stocking this section makes them feel like they have their own personal fridge without taking space away from regular storage. it makes storing so much easier for our family that cooks regularly, can't wait to meal prep!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator a month ago and so far we love it! It has a very clean look. We especially love the doors for the freezer rather than pulling out one big heavy drawer. There is ample room in the 2 compartments for the freezer and I love the drawers within the freezer. The only thing I'm missing a bit is a pastry drawer in the refrigerator. Other than that, we love the refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i'm in love with my new samsung flex fridge. it has clean lines and the inside ice and refillable pitcher keeps the dripping mess off of the front. i have the counter depth model which i thought would take away room but this model is taller than my older one and goes all the way down to the floor so i feel i have added more space for my food now than before. the look is very classy and clean and makes a huge impact when you walk into my kitchen. i did notice a dent on the front after a week which mysteriously appeared so i'm hoping this isn't something i will have to deal with in the future. you can see it on the left door in my photos but it's very minor. overall so far this is a great fridge, especially with the option to convert a freezer section into a fridge for parties.

We've always had a small counter top height fridge for extra beverages, extra food storage at holidays including thawing turkeys, etc. We were going to buy another one but since we got this fridge, we haven't felt the need to buy one. Love the deep shelves on the doors. The flex compartment is awesome. The fridge is amazingly quiet. The only things I hear are the pitcher refilling, ice dropping, or the icemaker refilling. We just have a few minor complaints. 1) the exterior is not very fingerprint resistant, 2) the lower compartments could use an extra light, and 3) I wish there were some sort of sensor for the ice bins being out. Too many times we've taken one out to fill a few glasses and the next batch drops while the bin is out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this model to replace my 25 yr old built in Kitchenaid counterdepth side by side. I really like the 4 doors and flexible fridge/freezer it has. It's easy to use the controls to change temps or other functions; ice types, etc. I don't like the lack of exterior ice and water delivery system. You are forced to stand or kneel in front of lower left freezer door and shovel ice cubes or ice ‘bites into a container. I bought this without realizing there is a model with exterior ice delivery available in similar model. I really like the bright lighting inside the fridge, the shelves and bins pull out and adjust easily. There are only 2 people in our household so I have no idea if this would work for a big family. Our Kitchenaid was about 6 inches taller and thus might have had a bit more cubic ft I really like this shallow depth as reaching into a fridge way back is difficult for my elderly body. The cold water pitcher is very nice though you must have it properly seated or it won't fill. We have not yet figured out if it is more efficient energy wise than our 1997 kitchenaid built in but it's likely that it is. Bought in Oct|Sept 2021.

purchased in 2021, july 15, now 2023 jun 7 and something has died. the warrantee is only 1yr for this unit. I was expecting more because they put a big sticker on the front of the unit that says 10 yr warrantee (on compressor) in small writing. Also, as with some of the others in the reviews, getting a number of smaller dents on the front of the unit. I don't think we're ruff with the unit, wish the metal was.. a little more metal. not sure how much to repair but will check into it.

I bought this in December 2021. Since then, it's had 12 repairs for the same two problems: Waterlines leaking and the ice makers being replaced every time. Make sure you purchase the extended warranty. This product is a piece of junk. I am highly disappointed with Samsung and its appliances.

the hinge design is bad. this fridge's doors impact what's beside the refrigerator when opened. this forces you to pull the refrigerator out and exposes the sides. defeats the purpose of ordering a counter depth fridge. the designers should have made this fridge w/better hinges so the doors swing out and away from what is to the left and right so that it can truly sit at counter depth and look like a built in fridge.

Needless to say, they NEVER held up their end of the bargain. The refrigerator itself is poorly designed. I've nothing positive to say about Samsung.
