My granddaughter loves her set, easy to clean, spacious, keeps food hot or cold, some hoe the strap clip is missing after a school day, called support got a knowledgeable and nice person to help me. Customer support to the max, great product.

We have the lunchbox and matching bento box. Love box products -we can fit the bento box and other containers/food in the lunchbox. Also for some minor issues we had the customer service is great!

I purchased the lunch bag for my five-year-old and as somebody else stated it is pretty large however it is good quality and I think he will grow into it. I can put his food, thermos and other stuff.
