We have had the hot tub about 4 months now. We really enjoy it. We went to many dealers and similar hot tubs were twice the price. The jets are powerful and seats are comfortable. We really like the color changing lights inside and outside of the hot tub. It came with a nice cover and a set of small stairs. Set up was fairly easy, but took a lot of reading. The delivery company was not the easiest and did not communicate well. The truck showed up and was ready to dump the hot tub at the end of our driveway. The only reason I did not give this item 5 stars is the front access panel is hard to take on and off. You have to unscrew about 8-10 screws and they are cheap and strip. To access the drain or to set up you have to take the panel on and off. Also, there is no spray foam insulation inside. It is only insulated by styrofoam board insulation.

Ordered late summer, trucking company said they could not get large truck down or road and driveway. Sam's club joplin refused to take delivery there. Had it delivered to a town business with loading docks. Picked up there with a trailer.hot tub installed fine, no problems, good hot tub, (was missing small extras ) the manufacturer stronghold refused to accept warranty registration because not delivered to purchasing address. And club after many conversations admitted it is wrong and would be corrected. Never done disappointed in Sam's club and do not trust strongspas. Probably has wrong filter in spa and stronghold will not respond with part number or dimensions.

Very nice hot tub, you get a lot of nice features for a good price.

Great spa the cover sure melted under average temperatures totally trashed. Looks like it just barbecued will have to spend 500 to 600 to replace it. Kind of sad being it's only 2 1/2 to 3 years old. Otherwise a good unit.

Had to spa for about 6 months. Very happy. I would give 5 stars if not for a few flaws. I had the spa delivered to my house and installed it myself. Not difficult to get from driveway to rear of house with the right equipment. A side panel must be removed to make electrical connections. The screws stripped the first time I removed them. I replace them and solved that problem. Still, a lot of effort to remove that same panel to drain the tub. If you are a capable DIYer this tub is an excellent value. If not for the effort required to access the electrical and plumbing, I would give 5 stars.

Kids have enjoyed it a lot! Spa has maintained constant temperature. Highly recommended!

I do not recommend this product. There are issues with proper and timely delivery. The are problems getting refunded as well. Buy at your own risk.
