I’m so thrilled with my new gazebo! So much better now that we have great shade to make the yard more comfortable! I paid someone to build it and he did a great job, and it did take some time to grade it properly, pour thr concrete and anchor everything!

This Gazebo is engineered well, packaged great and if you follow the written instructions you will not have a problem. Now with that said, please put the 10 hours of intermediate assembly time out of your head, it takes much more that that. I consider myself advanced when it comes to assembly of something like this and other than needing help to raise the roof panels and adding the side trim I built it myself and I am 64. The roof panel install took 1 1/2 hours with three people and you will need that many in my opinion. Follow all the tips and instructions in the manual. I really recommend spending the time to open every box and remove everything. Keep all the hardware in their bags so you can reference the part number. Organize the wood, hardware and other misc. parts. Regarding the kit I received, nothing was broken or missing. If you are following the instructions everything fits together as intended. If you are finding yourself wanting to rework something you are probably building it wrong. All bolt locations and pilot holes were where they should be. I built this Gazebo on a new paver patio. The 4 x 4's shown in the picture were squared and spanned using the drawing in the manual to support the Gazebo and are buried in concrete 30" down. I did not want to anchor the Gazebo to the pavers or pour separate slabs but instead wanted to use Lag Bolts through the Gazebo columns which I knew were hollow into the 4 x 4's. Again in my opinion this how I wanted to support lateral forces and wind load. When you first open all the boxes and see all the parts the project looks overwhelming. But in truth it's not and if you take your time you will be happy with the build. This is a very robust, well designed and manufactured product that in no way looks cheap sitting on your patio.

I love a good project and the Cordova Gazebo was just that. I took my time and enjoyed every minute. Every piece went together perfectly and nothing was missing. There was extra hardware on each type screw and bolt so I had no problems to work out at all. It looks great and we have enjoyed immensely it since day one.

We researched a lot of options and found the Cordova 14 X 10 would meet our needs. It was shipped in 5 boxes, all well marked. And we utilized the step-by-step phone app to explain how to assemble the gazebo. During the summer months, it was a blessing to have for shade around our pool area. We enjoyed some great times under it with family and friends!

When it does rain in Phoenix the wonderful sound hitting the metal roof is very relaxing. The assembly was challenging but with 3 people working together it was complete in one weekend.

The quality is just as nice s the pergola (even better with the thicker corner posts). The instructions we simple to follow and my husband and I assembled this together without any difficulties or confusion. The company kept us informed regarding the shipping logistics when we had questions about the delivery. The shipment arrived undamaged and complete. This gazebo is a game changer for our backyard and provides much needed relief from the Gulf Coast sun!

I purchased this in August of 2022 at a local Sams. Thought it would be a great addition to my stone patio. I used it almost daily as I installed a fan inside of it with shades for the sides that are in the direct sun. I also bought a small propane heater to use it in cooler temps. Great for watching baseball and enjoying the nice fresh air.

I bought this because of the great reviews I read, all were good , now I am here to say that for the price of this pergola, I was highly disappointed that the posts are hollow and they used 2 pieces of wood GLUED together to make each side. Wow, mine sat outside until I got it put up, and every post started separating. I called and told them and they sent more posts, the bottom they put a solid piece in the opening to make it look solid but other end is wide open! I am very disappointed in the quality of this product, beware
