[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this in March to satisfy my desire for a covered deck. I wanted to hire a contractor to build a covered add on but it was way to expensive. I'm so glad I found this gazebo. I have not one thing to say bad about this product. It came in 4 or 5 boxes- earlier than expected which was a plus. The first thing I recommend is to find the box with the instructions and follow them from start to finish and you will not have any issues. It will start with telling how to unpack the boxes and lay everything out... yes guys, this is important. This product came with 4 clamps, drill bits, just about all you need to get the job done. You will be amazed how quality this product is. All the boards were pre-cut, pre- notched, pre- drilled, everything fit just as it was supposed to. We did have to change the order up a tad bit since we were building it on our deck up against the roof on the house, but it still worked great. It was designed to be built in the open. We also added guttering to ours to help keep the splatters down. (something to be considered as an add on maybe- it looks great) We have gotten so many compliments on it and everyone in agreement with how solid it is and well built. I hope this review lets you know just how much you need one of these. I don't think we've ever made a better purchase or have been happier than we are with this one. Don't think twice - just buy it. You won't be sorry. It''s now November and we still love it. I tell myself every day what a great investment this was

This is a great addition to my backyard. I call it my cook station. It has been so nice to be able to grill after sundown and on those rainy days. That said. This Gazebo is very well made and should last for many years. The only thing that would make it perfect is a gutter system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kit was complete and had extra parts for the hardware and fasteners. The Directions were in two languages, the important one for me being "English"! It took three men to perform the roof install as you needed to be about %' 10" or taller. I am a semi professional modeler and am used to hard to follow Building directions...these we hard to follow. Study the pictures very closely, every little detail tells a story of assembly. It helps if more than one person look at the directions. But we figured it out! The attached picture shows the final outta the box Gazebo! I put Clear Large Christmas Lights around the inside roof edge for subdued night lighting and it looks great! Am going to buy for set of "magnetic screening" panels that can be let down or tied back to control breeze and some direct sunlight as well as bugs. I recommend a good buy. If the directions were more clear it woulda been a "Five Star" product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my dream Oasis. I wanted a place to heal and meditate. Everyone who has seen this design loves. We had concrete poured in the front yard. The contractors wished they had one. I would recommend the gazebo and Backyard Discovery.

After looking at this gazebo for a long time, we finally made the purchase and love it! It did take us longer than 2 days, but we were not in a hurry, took our time and made sure we had all pieces put together correctly. We highly recommend to read the printed directions and to watch the videos. Use the specifically coded boards and hardware that are listed in the directions and everything should work and come together. To install roof panels, definitely need a minimum of 3 strong men. We did have a couple of pieces that were damaged in shipment and had to be replaced, with one being a main column. We called customer service and they shipped both pieces in a very timely fashion (also we were within the 30 day warranty). It is well worth the time and money we invested. Now we’re ready to enjoy and share great times with friends and family.

I bought this kit about a month ago. 5 boxes with the heaviest around 200lbs. No parts were missing after unpacking. Everything was labeled well. Pretty straightforward and detailed instructions. Takes 2 people about 2 days install. Tips: sort and put in order all of the wood and same with the hardware by number. I placed my gazebo on a paver patio so I had to remove a few pavers to place 4 footers 12" round and 32" deep then reinstalled pavers. Also when you installed the footers, use the Sampson post plates instead of what they give you. This will give you a little leeway or ability to adjust. Don't even go to forward until your post are absolutely square and level. Hardest part of the job is peeling the shri k wrap off the metal panels, miserable tedious job. Looks beautiful next to the pool area and I bought a 1 x 6x8 cedar board and cut pieces to accent the pole bottoms.to.not see post brackets. SUPER well made product but takes some time to do it right. Also don't right and get a gallon of seal once and coat each cedar board. Also it doesnt say it anywhere but this gazebo is ve ted at the top too. Good luck and worth it when done!
