Well built. Only mistakes were ones I made. If you’re having trouble fitting boards review the build because you probably have the wrong board in the wrong place. Looks great and definitely keeps the temp down. Plan on spending more time outdoors this summer. The sun gets really hot here in Texas. Very happy. Customer service was great

High quality, beautiful gazebo. Build and assembly were straight forward, easy, and simple with the Built App... The gazebo parts were designed to the 1/8 inch spec.... Amazing architecture and machining. Highly recommend! Waterproof staining the wood took the longest, but I highly recommend it. You really do need 2-3 men to assemble the roof!

I bought this 14X10 Barrington gazebo about 1 month ago. It was delivered in excellent condition. I had 1 roof corner ridge cap that was bent and did not realize it until I came to that instruction since it was wrapped in plastic and stacked. However, I put that ridge cap in the back of the gazebo so it can't be seen. The gazebo went together very well. The cedar was all in very good condition and all the holes were in the right places. The roof was the biggest challenge. I put the roof sections up with the help of my wife and daughter. My biggest challenge was the ridge cap channel. The roof sections did not come together like it should have for smooth insertion of the ridge cap channel. One roof section is higher than the other and the channel could not be properly installed - it comes out on one side about half way up the roof so, I added some extra screws to make it hopefully stay. I would have given it a 5 star if the roof ridge channel went smoother. I placed this gazebo on 4 cement pads that all went 45 inches deep beyond frost line. I sealed the gazebo with oil based sealer which went on very nicely.

Would have been a five except for installation part. Got a refund, which was prompt, due to problems in dealing with the 3rd party company. The quality of the gazebo is excellent but expect a solid weekend to put it together with 3 people. Parts are bagged according to steps and the instructions are clear and detailed. Follow the directions and take your time and you will have a really nice structure to be proud of. Be sure to note that the gazebo comes stained but lacking a preservative coating. I went with a darker stain/preservative and it looks great! So bottom line is I would buy again.

This gazebo (I call it a pavilion) was a fantastic purchase. Heavy duty structure & outstanding quality. Highly recommend to consider staining it before the build, it turned out beautiful! I used Cabot Australian Timber Oil Jarrah Brown and stained each individual piece, 143 pieces total. Cabot confirmed no need for a separate coat of water sealant as it's built into their stain formula. Just use staining pads (not brushes) to apply & it goes quickly. Each piece is numbered for orderly assembly. I paid the extra money for assembly and the company they contract with sent 2 hard working guys who had it built in 10 hours. We chose wisely...very happy!

All the boxes came very quickly and had no damage. Assembly was straight forward and the instructions were clear. I had one issue and Backyard sent a new part within 3 days,. Great customer service! The metal roof panels were slightly bigger than the instructions stated, but everything went together well. Pay attention to the instructions that say you need 3 people for lifting up the roof. The gazebo looks beautiful!

So glad we purchased this gazebo. It was a challenge to assemble but everything was clear between the paper instructions and the Bilt app. Using both helped us confirm a few tricky assemblies with the roof panels. We did it with two people until the roof panels went up. Four is just right. Having several ladders was ideal. Best to watch the video and sort out the hardware and lumber by number before you plan to do the build. It turned out beautiful, smells wonderfully of cedar, and we began using it immediately. Two trim pieces had some plastic packing melted on them that we couldn’t remove. I emailed customer service and they were replaced immediately. Shipped within days. No regrets here. Highly recommend!

My husband and I bought this gazebo last month and are very happy with it. We put it by our pool with a bar under it. Now have a lighted ceiling fan in place. Our contractor and two other guys put it together, and they were very impressed by how strong it is.

We are super pleased with the quality and appearance of this gazebo. Assembly was easy thanks to the excellent and clear instructions, and all the parts fit together perfectly. The gazebo is attractive and enjoyable, and we get frequent compliments on it from visitors.

Just got my Barrington 14x12 assembled today. Looks great! It’s a lot of work but instructions were pretty good. Some pieces weren’t and/or drilled correctly but we were able to work around this and figure it out. I would highly recommend this gazebo.
