Every time lately, that something is left off my order, I have driven to the store and there is plenty of that Item in the store. How does that work exactly?

The delivery was not placed on the bench as requested. The tip is half of what it would have been suggested these great delivery people read the whole night.

I ordered 2 six packs of Diet Coke. I received notice that I was only getting one. Actually I got none. The driver was polite but had no idea where my cokes were.
