Slightly difficult to clean the straw and other silicone parts in cap, but otherwise very happy with bottle. Minimal leaking!

Worst I have ever purchased. Have to bite the straw to drink anything through it.Will never buy again. Grandkids wouldn’t drink out of them

I just spent half an hour putting together one of these cups. After finding all EIGHT pieces (the cup, lid, silicone ring, teeny silicone stopper, square straw mouthpiece, flip straw mouthpiece, upper straw, lower straw), I nearly needed an engineering degree to put the mouthpiece and lid back together. The cup is too difficult to take apart as it is - it requires far too much force to get the upper straw and mouthpiece out of the cup. The instructions say to only remove them for a “deep clean” or replacement, but anything with liquid on it needs thoroughly washed after a preschooler uses it. It’s just asking for mold to suggest to not wash all the parts each time. No cup should have nine pieces, and the small silicone seal is unbelievably small. These pieces are so small that I can’t even stick them in the basket in my dishwasher that I use for bottle parts - they would simply fall through and disappear.

These are not good, returning! You have to suck the straw SO hard to get the water to come out. I even as an adult, these would give me a massive headache.

Why is the pieces on the lid of the cup so incredibly complicated to put together? Are we just not supposed to ever take it apart to properly clean it? It takes 3 adults, a youtube tutorial and 45 mins to put it back together. To the trash that cup goes. Terrible design.

I bought these water bottles a couple months ago and we were very happy with them until the clip on the top broke and the bottle was no longer usable. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me right away and agreed to send me a replacement cup. So even though we had an issue with one out of the two we bought I would still recommend you give these cups a try.

I love the size of this bottle and my daughter loves it but the plastic latch that holds the straw closed seems to break easily. I've had to purchase 2 more of these in 1 year now as they don't sell a replacement clip. We have the chill box, lunch box and backpack all in this unicorn theme so she likes the matching thermos, just wish they would sell the clip replacement so I don't have to buy a whole new bottle every time.

I bought a two pack of the water bottles for my daughter before starting daycare. They are 100% spill proof, easy to clean and I especially like how the silicone spout controls the flow of the water. Plus as a bonus my daughter loves the fun colours and patterns. All around a great product.
