Hi Joan, Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Bentgo Kids Stainless Steel Water Bottle set. The clever design features a bite valve with a slow-flow opening, so water comes out gently as your little ones sip. This helps minimize spills and makes it safer for kids to use, though sometimes it can feel like they need to sip a bit harder than with a regular straw. We’d love to help troubleshoot with you to make sure the bottles are working as intended. Please reach out to us at support@bentgo.com or call 714-668-0300, and our team will be happy to assist. Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Customer Support
