Great unit, works well and does not have a loud annoying noise as a unit that I used to own. I actually purchased a 2nd identical one a few days after using the first one I ordered. (One for each floor of my home).

A nice, powerful, quiet machine. This replaced another brand's 20 quart in my basement and I am very happy with the way the Midea 50qt performs. Setup is easy and the larger capacity is appreciated. Shipped well in only the original packaging. I recommend this dehumidifier.

It works as advertised. It takes a ton of water out of my basement. I run it on 'continuous' mode. The tank fills up in less than a day, and I have removed the tank to empty the water manually. The pump feature does work but runs slow and only removes enough water to keep the unit running.

I have been using it for two weeks now and it is doing a great job so far. I like its overall ability to either use the pump or the box that you need to empty. I am not sure but i think you can just gravity feed it to. it was a great value in my opinion and they delivered it right to my door. I guess for now I would rate it on the high scale because it is working great.

Seems to be keeping the humidity level down well in our basement. We like being able to pump the water out rather than having to empty a bucket all the time. The app is convenient for watching the levels of everything and being able to adjust if necessary.

I purchased this Dehumidifier after water damage caused by Hurricane Laura... I love the fact that it is on wheels, has option to auto dump (Provided Tubing Port & Garden Hose Port) or manuel dump water (Slide Out Container)... Humidity level is Preset and I haven't found if you can or how to reset level of humidity... So far it has pulled the humidity down to 35%, water soaked walls (With Insulation Removed)...

Pluses of the unit. Quiet, many options available to operate unit more efficiently, i.e turbo fan function, continuous operation, timer, etc., Various options on how to empty the water. Gravity, pump and physically emptying the basket. Cons Using the pump operation the directions for operation could have been better, When bucket is removed, one should check to make sure pump drain hose is still in tack. This needs more specific details and the picture on the unit was not that helpful,

It's a little too early to say, but so far the unit is performing as expected. I tried this brand because I had purchased Hisense brand dehumidifiers from Lowe's that failed to work after a year or two in service. Time will tell if this one is more reliable.

I've always had an issue with the feeling of damp air and the previous ones I have tired didn't quite work well for the entire room. Within 24 hours I felt the air was lighter and dryer than previous. The machine was so easy to set up and use as I did it by myself as well as emptying it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this item for free and tried it out over several days.It's easy to set up and use and good to move around with the little wheels.I just pushed the power button,had it going on comfort and it does his work.It actually makes a calming noise,sometimes you hear the water moving.There is always some water in the tank,that means it's working alright.But a big minus for the hot season is that it pushes out a lot heat .I had it set up in the kitchen and there is getting pretty warm.The tank is easy to remove and to empty out,it's a little bit harder to put it back in there.All together a good dehumidifier best to use in the cooler season.
