Great product

Great product and great price. I haven't been using the “pump” feature, so I can't speak for that feature. Overall, it's been doing an excellent job. It's quieter than our last dehumidifier. Hard to beat this price too!

Very pleased with the purchase. Doing a good job in our basement and we have it emptying via the pump for convenience. Looking to get another one for upstairs due to how my house it laid out to cover entire house.

Worked well but not for long. Just past warranty!

Purchased 8/30/19. Really liked this dehumidifier. It worked well and was not too loud. Found it all iced up today 10/12/20. It isn't below 65F in my basement, nor is the filter dirty. Thawed it out and it freezes up again after only 1/2 hr. I think the Freon is low. This should have lasted longer than it did. Would not recommend. 1yr warranty was well planned.

dependable; great value

installed 2 of these in a commercial basement 18x50 that had flooded. The area is now dry and kept at 50% humidity by these 2 units. Did not need to use the pump options so cant comment on that. Draining into sumps at either end of the basement a with stormwater sump pumps ejecting the condensate.

Died just after warranty ended

I bought back in August 2020. Unit began icing up and not doing its job last week. Only lasted 14 months, pretty disappointed. Midea customer service pretty much said they couldn't help me since warranty was up. I can't recommend this unit obviously. I need to find a new dehumidifier…

Died after a few months

We purchased this to replace a GE dehumidifier we had for years. We take good care of our small appliances by changing filters and so forth, however this one died within six months. We tried contacting Midea directly for help, but no one returned our email. I am kind of disappointed because it was close to $200!
