These are very good. Microwave time will vary from package instructions. I personally like mine at 1:35. You will have to test in your microwave on the time to ensure the pita does not get a hard corner. I heat by taking out of plastic wrap and wrapping in a paper towl and then microwave. When finished I put the pita back in the plastic and fold over the opening and take it with me in the car on my way to work.

This food item is low fat and healthy. But it is also convenient to have on hand. I add some mustard or mayo for kids but I eat them as is. I am diabetic and have to eat regularly and this fits the bill as it is heated in the microwave, handheld and nutritious.

This is now my go to breakfast for protein and ease, along with a helping of thick rolled oats. I throw a little bit of prepared yellow mustard inside and it's scrumptious. If I'm really hungry and don't feel like making the oats, I eat 2 of these and it's still very healthy. I love it when these are on sale. I buy a few boxes to keep in my freezer and they're good for any time of day as a good snack.

I love these however Sam's always runs out of them

This breakfast sandwich starts out on a healthy premise (egg whites, turkey sausage, etc.). However, they contain too much sodium for a healthy diet.

This was terrible would never buy again. After I microwaved it flatbread was hard as a rock. After it cooled. Had to throw it away and just took inside out and ate it.

Another good product that disappeared the second time I went to find some. Hopefully they come back and were just temporarily out-of-stock, but I'm not holding my breathe.

The flatbread is fairly hard. the instructions say to remove the cellophane and wrap in a paper towel, we slit the package and leave on it softens the bread a bit!
