This is a preliminary review. The look good, but why not put the cooking instructions on the wrappers. The box is too big to put in the freezer without taking up way to much room, so you have to save the panel on the box or guess when cooking these. Very simple to put the instructions on the wrapper like many similar products do.

I agree with the 5 star reviews. Great flavor and at only 150 calories you might be tempted to have seconds. Being a Microwave Chef, I offer my cooking instructions; Microwave the sandwich on high for 15 seconds, remove the sausage and egg from the bread and microwave them for 30 seconds. Then return the sausage and egg in the bread for 15 seconds more. The bread is neither hard or soggy and the temperature is perfect.

I'm always looking for a quick bite when I don't have time to make a smoothie. Although all the nutrients are not there and it's highly processed, this is a tasty breakfast sandwich. The egg is fluffy and the turkey sausage is not bland. I will definitely keep buying these.

I love these! They are delicious and filling! I sometimes eat one for supper! The calorie count is just too good to pass up and it is big enough to leave you feeling like you actually had something substantial if you are trying to loose a few pounds!

Tasty, inexpensive, low-cal breakfast. They make a good afternoon snack, too.
