I am happy with this honey for cooking. I use unprocessed and unfiltered for tea, etc. It does crystalize before I can get this large bottle used. I have to heat it gently in water to melt it again, and then I have to put it into a container with a wide lid since it is only a short time before it will crystalize again once it has done it once, and I can't squeeze it out of the original bottle. It is my understanding about honey in general is that honey that crystalizes easily was made from bees that were supplemented with sugar in their diet. Not sure.

Great Honey! Heated. Filtered 100% Wildflower Honey from USA/ Argentina. 8 bucks a plastic bottle. If you are a scientist, Climate Activist, or over thinking Health Nut this is not the droid you're looking for. Check out Mike's or another HIGH Dollar brand. But if you just want good honey for adding to drinks and food then this will get the job done. Great Product!
