What I liked about this honey was it did not crystallize. Other Honey’s will do that but this one has not.

Good honey, nice and thick. Doesn’t turn to sugar real quick. Like some I’ve bought. I’ll buy it again.

Yes, it’s honey, bee’s work. Ok. But, the farmer feeds the bees with brown sugar, he place this sugar near by the,beehives, Why ? Winter season. I’m sorry, but this is the truth. We had an apiary for our personal use. The first honey harvest was to do cookies and cakes. The second honey harvest had to stored for the family. Spring time.

This honey seems either heated too high or diluted with some kind of syrup. It is not as sweet as 100% pure honey I buy locally.
