Can't reply on the set as the 800 lb. delivery was dropped with zero notice on the street %26 sidewalk!! Called for hours to get company to move to an appropriate place at the top of the driveway and they say it will be a week. Curbside pickups are common from my city so if there Monday it may end up in the city dump!!

While there is a "lot" of assembly required, the instructions and organization of the parts and hardware is 1st rate. The instructions are easy to understand and cover everything. The parts and hardware are well marked to correlate with the instructions. There were even a bag of extra hardware (bolts, washers and nuts) of all the various sizes which came in handy when one of the bolts was apparently stripped and broke off when tightened - found the replacement in the "extras" bag. Everything appeared to be well thought out.

Just finished building this playset. Some pieces like the slide didn't line up perfectly and some of the precut holes had the plastic shavings still attached. Had to add bigger washers on the inside of the rock climbing pieces because the first time my 5 year old tried to climb the nut broke through and the step fell off. Bolts are thin had several break while tightening. Overall looks nice in the backyard.

The playset is very nice, but we paid hundreds of dollars just to have it shipped. It came wirt missing pieces and hardware. The missing support bar for the slide is back ordered and sams club would only offer a refund and return. They refused to order the replacement piece for me. They couldnt even offer an exchange because at the time the playsets were sold out. I finally got through to lifetime products and they were not any help either. I finally was able to get the back ordered part ordered with a 2-3 week wait. It has been 4 weeks and still no part. I would not order anything like this again from sams club or lifetime products.

This took about two afternoons for two adults to assemble. The instructions were good, and we didn't encounter any serious issues during assembly. I did manage to break a bolt, but there's a bag of spare parts that luckily had extras. My kids love it, and sit in it playing with legos any day the weather allows. Combined with the physical activity, they're exhausted and get a good nights sleep any time they can spend the evening playing on this.

Very sturdy and well built. I will say you should build out the slide before hand to save yourself (and your fingers) a ton of hardship and time. It can be built independently days or weeks before hand so the day of the build it will just be done and put on. Instructions were great until step 8 with the plastic panels. Weird pictures and angles of how its all supposed to go together and the plastic was just terrible to work with. If it didnt looks so nice I would definitely subtract a star but since it looks amazing I will just accept it. I added some fake grass so I dont hate life every time I mow around it. I was definitely hesitant to buy cheap looking stuff but it didnt turn out too bad.

I loved it! I liked that the steps are extra tall so my little toddler who should not be up without supervision couldn't quiet get up on her own until she grew. But this spring the kids showed me that the slide has cracks around (most of?)the screws holding the slide together!!!!!!!! It would have been a five.

I'm extremely disappointed with this purchase due to ongoing delivery failures. The swing set was originally scheduled for delivery last Monday, but on that day the shipment was mishandled and sent from Pennsylvania to Virginia instead of New Jersey. After that mistake, I was told it would arrive the next day (Tuesday), but it did not. Then it was rescheduled for Friday, but it was delayed again due to weather. I was then assured it would arrive Saturday, yet once again it did not show up. As of now, it still has not been delivered. This swing set was purchased as a Christmas present, and with Christmas just two days away, this has completely ruined the purpose of the gift. The repeated delays, incorrect routing, and lack of reliable communication are unacceptable for a large and expensive item. I expected far better service and logistics. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to order again.

The product it’s self is great! It’s very sturdy. However the delivery service used was not great. I had my driveway completely clear for the delivery. They did not come to the door or call me to ask where to put it. They dumped a pallet the size of a car literally on the street blocking my mailbox.

First and foremost the playground is worth the price. Its unique for residential use and sturdy for all weathers. When it comes to assembly it does require at least two people, lots of patience and a hand drill. It does take several hours maybe even days depending on how much time your able to invest setting it up. We strongly recommend following the lifetime set up video and referencing the manual as well. Once set up its worth the time and investment. Beautiful playground!
