This is a great product from a great retailer. Straight forward assembly. I recommend watching the assembly on YouTube and using the detailed instruction as well. Follow the plan, it is in important.

We absolutely love our Adventure castle. However the guide book was a little difficult at sections to understand the instructions and proper placement.

This set took two full days to assemble and nights of leg cramps. The instructions and youtube video do not completely match. Can be confusing. Had to back step some assembly to correct confusing steps. Video is helpful in assembly. Well worth the finished product. However, I would not want to do it again.

This thing is awesome! It's definitely a beast to assemble but the instructions are very detailed. It's commercial playground quality at a great price. The kids are loving it!

You must assemble on a flat surface and don’t tighten or anchor it till you’ve put everything together including the slide. Uneven surfaces make it difficult to assemble. It’s very sturdy.

The steps On this are so high it is difficult for a child to Climb them. An adult has to lift them up. It is a big step for an adult. Not sure why you would not have made it with more steps. We are Making adjustments to make more stairs.

We bought this swing set beginning of February 2024, it arrived end of February 2024. It is now end of March 2024, and we just noticed that the slide has sadly not held up. We have only had it a month. This is very disappointing after spending more than $2100 for it (including shipping). The slide is beginning to separate where the bolts have busted through the plastic. We really were in love with this swing set and were very impressed with the quality, until this happened.

Can't reply on the set as the 800 lb. delivery was dropped with zero notice on the street %26 sidewalk!! Called for hours to get company to move to an appropriate place at the top of the driveway and they say it will be a week. Curbside pickups are common from my city so if there Monday it may end up in the city dump!!

Swing set itself is great! Great quality and bang for your buck! Purchased for our 2 year old and she absolutely loves it! This set does come in a wooden crate and requires a truck & trailer for pick up. Customer service on the other hand, at our local Plattsburgh NY location is 0/5 stars. We got the run around trying to get our hands on this set. My husband and myself called and stopped into the store several times and were told once they had some in stock that they would put our name on one as long as we called. Once I saw they were in stock on the app, I called to have my name put on one. At that time I was told that they do not hold inventory. Okay, not what we were told, so then I also asked how big the crate was that it comes in to ensure our truck/trailer was large enough. I received attitude and was told they don’t have access to that information, now you’re telling me I am the only one who questioned this?! So at that time I decided to wait until I could schedule a pick up hoping they still had some in stock, luckily I was successful. My husband calls before we pick up and is told to park in the back and to call, they will send someone around to load it. Upon arrival, I call and am told that I either have to park in a pickup spot to notify our arrival, which our store has a very small/limited maneuver space for a truck & trailer, and then drive around back or walk around to the front of the store and let the pick up counter know we are out back. I opted to walk around, noting that the customer service desk had no line, no waiting but a lady on her cell phone whom was again rude when speaking to me as we arrived out back on the phone. Customer service couldn’t have walked over to the pickup station to advise if our arrival?! All went well with the pick up station employees and the loaders of the set, thankfully!

While there is a "lot" of assembly required, the instructions and organization of the parts and hardware is 1st rate. The instructions are easy to understand and cover everything. The parts and hardware are well marked to correlate with the instructions. There were even a bag of extra hardware (bolts, washers and nuts) of all the various sizes which came in handy when one of the bolts was apparently stripped and broke off when tightened - found the replacement in the "extras" bag. Everything appeared to be well thought out.
