Product/Packaging in Decline?

We've been buying Purina ONE TI for a few years now and were quite satisfied. Recently noticed black spots along the inside of an emptied can. Opened the remaining cans (5) and found more of the same. Wouldn't recommend this product until the spots can be investigated by Purina.
