I purchased this item about a year ago, and it no longer works. I have contacted the company to seek a resolution, but I have only received generic, unhelpful responses. This has been very frustrating. I would not recommend this shovel.

Bought last year and used for the first time last night and keeps shutting off every time it moves the snow. I tried small and large piles. Very disappointing to have to go back to manual snow as I thought this would be a great choive

Bought this snow shovel last year thinking that I was gonna get to get another good snow, boy was I wrong. Finally this year comes in. I’m able to get it out the package and use it, and yes Siri Bob Rooney it definitely gets the job done.

Just purchased it and found it easy to assemble. It's also very light, so moving it around should be no problem for seniors. Looking forward to using it soon.

Very happy with unit, very lightweight good for seniors. This is a replacement, first one had bad batteries or faulty starter. Hasn't snowed since I got the replacement, but am sure I will be happy with it.

Excellent product, small, compact for those who only need a smaller unit for snow removal, easy to clean and store away for the next season, powerful little motor ( it packs a punch )

I've tried it on a couple inches of snow but it works great. I do wish it could pick up snow closer to the ground but it did pick up a good amount so I am happy with it. Battery lasts for a long time.

Update! I used it this morning and my god was it a worth it purchase. I didn't expect it to work as well as it does for its size. I would definitely recommend buying this for anyone in your life

Bought this for our new composite deck. Looks like it will do the job well. Packaging was good, and assembly was easy. Hasn't snowed since I received it!!

This was easy to put together and lightweight. The battery had some charge straight out of the box, and I was able to test it in 5 inches of snow today. It worked well for me, and I'm sure it will be even better on a full battery charge.
