Just received this today and realized it didn't come with batteries or a charger. Honestly haven't used it yet but there is finger prints on it and a film that looks like dried salt. I'll have to take another trip to the store and buy some batteries then I can review the quality.

Got this as a gift at Christmas and it has been very helpful as I am older andshoveling has gotten risky. It has easily removed snow up to 8 inches and the battery lasts easily long enough for the job. Only wish it had a way to blow to the side, but not a big deal.

Just received and put it together. Nice looking. Pretty easy assembly except for the cotter pins. They were a little tricky, but I was able to get them in. Other problem was the clips for the cable. I couldn't get them over the handle, so I took the handle loose on that side, placed the cable in the clips and slid the clips up the handle and then secured the handle again. Worked better. Only concern is the control for the chute. It's a little flimsy but works. The chute itself seems a little tight when moved but still works. Now waiting for snow, perhaps next weekend to try it out.

We have problems with it. My wife was using and it just stopped. I took everything apart that I put together to double check everything. Battery is fully charged , I attempted to try in the house and it would not spin. After a bit of cussing, etc. I found that if I manually spin it will work for a shot period of time then stop. Do not believe this is the way that it is supposed to work

very good machine light and comfortable easy to work with. good price and Walmart sells the batteries.

Have used it once with about 3 inches of snow. 2 car driveway and sidewalk, worked good and batteries lasted. It's pretty lightweight and I got stuck on every little bump it felt like. Overall it does what I wanted it too do.

I purchased this item about a year ago, and it no longer works. I have contacted the company to seek a resolution, but I have only received generic, unhelpful responses. This has been very frustrating. I would not recommend this shovel.

I've tried it on a couple inches of snow but it works great. I do wish it could pick up snow closer to the ground but it did pick up a good amount so I am happy with it. Battery lasts for a long time.

Excellent product, small, compact for those who only need a smaller unit for snow removal, easy to clean and store away for the next season, powerful little motor ( it packs a punch )
