I ordered online. By the time I got my shovel, the snow had set for a few days and had hardened due to melt and refreeze. I believe it will work great the next time when I can get out there while it's still snowing. I live in Missouri. This unit is not heavy duty enough for northern states. It was easy to put together and is lightweight enough for this 64-year-old woman to use!

I bought this in summer so will not know until January if it performs well

I bought this a month ago when it snowed. And so far, it has not snowed again. So I might have to wait till next year, This is why I rated it Midway. So far, I would recommend this to someone else.

I used it once and acted like the battery died but was still a green light. Not a red one. Put it on charger and still had a green light. Put it back on shovel to use and it worked for about 20 seconds and stopped!

I didn’t want to buy a snow blower that was gas due to us not getting that much snow. This has been awesome for the sidewalk and 2 car garage area in front. 👍👍

Strong snowblower but you can't direct where the snow is going. It clears a path but at the same time shoots the snow on my neighbors sidewalk. I am not able to use this snowblower. It doesn't work for me.

After getting the electric snow shovel had the opportunity to use it once. It worked qite well and greatly reduced the labor involved. I'm sure it will improve as I use it more.

I ordered a few weeks back haven't had a chance to use due to snow melted,but from watching the video of this snow blower I'm sure I made a good decision to purchase. We have more snow coming so I will soon get a chance to use it

I just bought this shovel because I'm older now and it's smarter to make snow removal easier. I gave a 5 star rating because it's very simple to put together and the batteries I own already will work. I can't wait to use it!
